Thank you for hosting us so wonderfully. We had a great time – the apartment was lovely, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Your attention to detail, especially the lactose-free milk, did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate your efforts.

Highly recommend! Great location, close to everything - food, metro, tram, shopping.  Can I just talk about how beautiful the apartment is?  So spacious, clean, and we love the daily delivery of bread and breakfast items in the fridge.  Great for families, highly recommend.

Our stay here was amazing. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located. We were able to get free transfer to the airport, which took away much of the stress during the morning of our flight back home. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had an incredible week-long stay at this apartment building in Lisbon! The location was unbeatable, with easy access to charming neighborhoods, public transport, and local attractions. The apartment itself was modern, impeccably clean, and well-equipped, with friendly and responsive staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

I had the most heartbreaking and traumatic experience at this apartment building. During the holidays, a time meant for joy and family togetherness, I was robbed of a significant amount of money from 2 rooms The incident left my entire family devastated and broken, turning what should have been a happy time into an absolute nightmare.
The money wasn’t put in safe because the safe wasn’t attached to anywhere it was just a box that could have been taken by itself so money was hidden in the room.
The lack of security and proper management in this building is alarming. Despite the severity of the situation, there was little to no accountability or support from those responsible for ensuring guests safety.
NEVER STAY HERE!!!

This correspondence is in response to your reply.  1/10/2025. Your response appears to rely on a generic template for similar incidents and denies responsibility without addressing the specific facts of our case.
1.	Unsecured Safe in Room
The safe in our room was not properly secured, as documented by law enforcement officers and detectives who inspected it. This lack of security renders the safe ineffective, which, in our opinion, could only occur through deliberate negligence.
2.	Suspicion of Surveillance and Breach of Privacy
We suspect the possibility of unauthorized surveillance in the rooms. Only your staff had knowledge of our room number, schedule, and the contents of our room. The timing and method of the theft suggest that this information may have been exploited.
3.	Lack of Cooperation and Transparency
At no point during or after the incident did your staff or management cooperate with us to provide critical information, such as surveillance footage, that might have alleviated our concerns or demonstrated your commitment to resolving this matter. This lack of transparency undermines any confidence that your property or personnel are uninvolved in this incident.
4.	Conduct of Management During Incident
At the time of the incident, your manager was observed in a nearby room with acquaintances and failed to assist appropriately. This individual, who had access to relevant information and areas, chose to evade police by hiding, raising further suspicion.
5.	Commitment to Justice
We are committed to pursuing this matter to its full legal extent to ensure justice is served. The safety of future guests, as well as the well-being of our family, is at stake. No one should have to endure similar harm to their personal safety, family, or life plans.
6.	Evidence of Recurring Issues
We have confirmed through police that this is not the first incident of theft at your property. Additionally, we are in contact with other victims who have experienced similar losses under comparable circumstances.

Despite offering to cooperate, your refusal to engage beyond the police investigation indicates a lack of concern for the mental and emotional impact on our family, including our children. This apathy only exacerbates the harm caused by this incident.

We urge you to reconsider your approach and engage meaningfully to address this matter. Failure to do so will leave us no choice but to escalate this issue further through all available legal channels.
