Augusto Lisboa is hands down one of the best brunch spots in Lisbon! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a cozy, vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff that make you feel right at home.

The coffee is perfection, rich and smooth, just the way it should be. But the real star? The brunch! The meat boards were packed with a great variety, and everything was fresh and flavorful. And I can’t rave enough about their homemade banana bread – warm, soft, and with just the right sweetness. It’s a must-try!

However, keep in mind they don’t take bookings, and the lines can get long, especially on weekends. I recommend getting there before 9am if you don’t want to wait. The vibe here is laid-back and perfect for a relaxed morning, and the attention to detail in both the food and service makes this place truly special. Whether you’re visiting Lisbon or live here, Augusto Lisboa should be on your brunch list

We had to queue around 10-15 minutes for a table and it was worth it! We ordered the vegan avocado toast which was delicious and the banana bread as a treat for after - best banana bread I’ve ever tasted. This is a great brunch spot for vegetarians and vegans. 100% recommend.

Don’t believe the hype for some of the other highly rated brunch places in Lisbon. I’ve been to many and this by far was the best. Lovely staff, delicious unique menu and very well priced. Will be back!

Best Cafe i ever had in Lisbon. The location is a bit hard to find. No reservation. Just walk in and it's normal to wait on the stairs which opposite to the cafe :) We waited around 30 mins and got the table of two. The Food are amazing and def. worth the wait! We ordered the set with many drinks. After all it's a really satisfying lunch for us!

It was the best breakfast/brunch that I had while traveling in Portugal.

I intended to have a light breakfast, however, with the amount of food offered, it turned into a brunch. I didn’t expect a small tray would come with so much food, it was enough for two of me.

The food was delicious ( I am very picky when comes to food). Though I would not say the qualify was superb, however, they were definitely more than merely good.

The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt the kind of neighbourhood ambience while I was there.

The staff can speak English and they have English menu, so you won’t have language barrier even if you do not speak Portuguese like me.

If I have to name one thing that merits improvement, that would be they need to expand their space. I waited in line for about half an hour before it was my turn that was because it is very popular even among locals.
