Michelin star worthy experience!
We spent our NYE here with the 7 course tasting menu. It was absolutely brilliant, and at a level we have experienced at Michelin starred restaurants.
They also accommodated my troublesome allergy of onion and garlic (which is often bases in many dishes), while still creating a flavourful experience.
We did not have wine pairing but instead opted for a bottle of bubbles.

We will come again if we visit Lisbon in the future.

We found BouBou’s because they had a vegetarian tasting menu option. The atmosphere, details, service, and food were all extraordinary. In particular the cornbread bite will live in my head rent free. As someone from the Midwest US with lots of cornbread around, this was the best! They also offer cigar service which we normally don’t partake in but did this time. Also lovely. We had such a fantastic time, it was the highlight in Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience! We ordered the omnivore menu and the experience was fantastic. The combination of flavors as well as the service were impeccable. The environment is very relaxing, reminiscent of a botanical garden.

The application of the concept of sustainability in the kitchen was something that impressed me! I don't eat pork and they replaced it with an incredible mushroom dish!

We had a fantastic experience at Boubous and cannot rate the staff and food highly enough!

We opted for the 7 course tasting menu along with a bottle of sparkling white wine. Each course brought new and delicious flavours and the sommalier was very helpful in helping us choose our bottle. All the staff were super attentive and really made the experience worth it!

A surprise to myself was that my friend had mentioned it was my birthday and we couldn't have been treated better! Did not expect to get  to blow out a candle at 28 so thank you so much!

This is a delight and would absolutely come again if back in Lisbon.
