The Lumiares was absolutely fabulous. Hotel is clean and room was great, staff is superb, and the rooftop is stunning. It’s also is a great location to be out and about in Lisbon. Celebrated a birthday here and they even acknowledged that! Cannot say enough about the hotel staff. Every interaction from check in to check out was above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the hotel size and location and the hospitality is superb.  We stayed at two room suite and got upgraded to the attic which has a small balcony overlooking the neighbourhood view.  Since it is a small luxury hotel, the small spa facility and the treatment is nothing extraordinary with the price.  Just include breakfast choice if possible cause the view on rooftop LUMI restaurant is stunning and food quality is good too. I do feel a holiday vibe.
All staff are vibrant and helpful.

I want to start off by saying the staff, service and my room were amazing! I had the pleasure of staying for 7 nights.  I originally booked a studio, but upon arrival, I was told I had been upgraded to the Bairro Alto Mezzanine.  This trip was a birthday present to myself so thank you Lumiares for making this an unforgettable stay! I'll definitely be staying here when I come back!

Also, it's in a great location if you enjoy the nightlife and want to be surrounded by great restaurants and bars.  Since it's located at the top of a hill and there's a lot walking, I would also recommend checking out the amazing massage services at their spa before you leave!

My wife and I had an incredible stay at The Lumiares! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. They surprised us with a personalized honeymoon gift in our suite. They were so accessible on Whats App and usually took 5-10 minutes to respond...which was amazing! The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Max 15 minute walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our honeymoon—highly recommended!

Highlight: The hotel's service and the rooftop bar/breakfast. This was breathtaking and absolutely delicious

Spent 2 nights in a mezzanine room over New Years.
Great rooms with lots of space. Bathrooms are not great and shower stalls are small and problematic but overall not such a huge deal.
The spa is well done and we had services while there. You can also use the sauna and steam bath for free as part of your stay.
Location is perfectly situated between Principe Real, Chiado, Barrio Alto and across the street from the Miradoro gardens with stunning views of the city.
