This place was such a great vibe! We had an amazing view, the waiter was funny and gave good recommendations. The drinks, amazing. We got the shrimp, octopus, then bread pudding and a chocolate mousse dessert. Pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing!!! Thank you, from Houston, US. 😎

Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Spent $85 euros for two. Waiter was very easy going and fun. Food was great. Drinks can be a bit stronger and less sweet especially with the food that we order were a bit sweet. Rooftop has great views during sunset. Probably wouldnt recommend during day time.

This was the highlight meal for our Portugal holiday and possibly better than Spain too. Service was impeccable, atmosphere and vibe is relaxing and modern, view amazing and more importantly the food was the best! Every dish we had was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend you try this place. It will be a highlight of your holiday or special event

Have been to Java many times and every time is better than the previous. The food is excellent! Strongly recommend the feta cigars, the cauliflower and corn ribs. The service is great and cocktails really yummy! Great view of the Lisbon bridge, make sure you book in advance it’s always busy!

One of my favorite restaurant in Lisbon, if not THE best of my list.

I don’t even know how to start this review, as I love everything in their menu.

As starters, I highly recommend hummus and corn. It sounds basic, but trust me, both are delicious.

For main dish, octopus is the choice followed by ribs. The octopus has something special, can’t explain, it’s phenomenal.

For dessert there are some more traditional options in the menu, run away from them. Give yourself the freedom to explore new flavor, it may bring a positive surprise.
