The food was amazing. The skewers were fantastic, particularly the beef. The presentation and portion size were incredible. My personally favorite were the fried polenta cubes! OMG! Best polenta I’ve ever had and my grandma is Italian! Just saying….haha! Highly recommended!

A MUST eat here when in Madeira. The chicken skewers were out of this world. Loved the natural orange juice too. The hot sauce was a plus as well!! Tried the Maracuya and tiramisu pudding which was good too!! 1000% recommend and will be back.

Shout out to the glitch in the matrix dessert menu! Paw patrol and Barbie and Ben & Jerry’s! 😚

Traditional Madeiran food. The espetada was worth raving about - perfectly cooked and seasoned, and a great experience. We paired with a delicious, fresh salad to cut some of the richness and some majas fritas - exceptionally crispy, huge portion. The passion fruit pudding was just right to finish things off. A bit of a trek into the hills to get here but 100% worth every second and every penny.

The beef skewers on the wooden spike are absolutely amazing. Be aware that everything is drenched in garlic, but oh, so good. The staff is super nice, the service was fast, and best of all it doesn't close at 4, like many other restaurants do. So it was perfect when coming back from the beach.

Great atmosphere & great food!  Great value as well!  I had the chicken & beef skewers, rice, bolo do caco, & romantica slice…all of which tasted delicious!  Very friendly staff, very patient with my attempts at ordering in Portuguese.
