Great place and excellent selection of fresh fish, you’ll need reservations for sure on weekends and during the high season.
Prices are reasonable for European standards but maybe on the pricier side for Madeira.
We haven’t tried their sister restaurant but it has great reviews as well.
It was a week after Christmas and we had carolers which was entertaining 😍

Amazing food with the perfect view. The whole team was super friendly and the fish was fresh and the staff took their time to explain the options. Nice selection as well. For sure coming back next time I’m in Madeira. It’s not cheap, for 100% worth the price.

Awesome, delicious fish, cooked over wooden fire. Outstanding food way above everything else we tried on Madeira.

We have no idea why this place was „only“ rated at 4.3 when we visited - we have been at 4.7, 4.8 and even 5.0 rated places that were a lot worse. Clear recommendation if you enjoy fish!

A restaurant at a very high level! The chefs take us on an incredible culinary journey - the fish is a masterpiece! Espada with passion fruit sauce is an incredible experience. A feast for the taste buds. I highly recommend it! The prices are quite high but worth it!

The food was very good, I had grilled squids which were wonderful and full of flavor, as were the side dishes. We stayed on the terrace, with a privileged view of the dock. The only problem was the service; they didn't bring the starter before the main course, and when they brought the main course, they only served the protein for 2 people (we were 4) without side dishes and without any explanation. They just left the protein there, cooling. We complained about the situation, and the waiter promptly apologized and went to check what had happened. After about 15 minutes, they brought the complete dishes with the respective sides, but one was still missing. They were always very polite, trying their best, but unfortunately, it was not enough, as we waited more than an hour for lunch and ended up having an unpleasant experience. I hope this feedback improves their service, since they need to be more organized to achieve excellence.
