Excellent food and with a really good service and a lovely interesting setting. We had a seasonal Tuna starter between us that was incredibly flavoursome. We followed this by sharing a Cataplana with Fish and Shellfish that amazing and was enough for the two of us. It was Funchal prices so a little more than São Martinho where we were staying but competitive for the area.

This is such a genuine Madeira food menu and restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun and the waiters we met are fabulous! Nothing is too much trouble, fun and attentive.

The service was wonderful and unlike other places they don't pressure you into coming in. The food is excellent especially the fish and the local bread starter. Can recommend!!

Fabulous place to try the local scabbard fish and banana. Lovely staff but Felicia stood out. She makes you very welcome and goes above and beyond in her service. We watched her very kindly cutting up a meat dish for a customer who found it hard to do. Thank you Felicia for making our meal there so memorable and for taking the time to make people feel special. We will hopefully be back again before we leave.
