Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and only wished we stayed longer! Yes it does get noisy throughout the night but they provide earplugs in your room. Personally it doesn’t bother me cos I prefer to sleep with some noise but of course this is a big deal to others. Super clean, cozy vibes. Close to most of the attractions in Lisbon. So much bars and restaurants nearby. I honestly love the place. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast option was limited for me but enough to power thru the day. I’m asian so im used to rice and noodles for breakfast.. Other than that everything else was close to perfect.

We got a room with no luminosity + night club starting at 11PM that didn't help in resting well.
Also, I bought sealed chips that were in a Burger King bag, the service took it to throw it away. I just realized once I arrived back home so I couldn't do anything to warn them.
I do not think it is a great service for a 4 stars hotel not to watch out before throwing wrong dishes.
Hope they will be more careful though the reception was okay.

I stayed for 4 nights in April, 2024. A beautiful hotel building in the best location, whether it's for sightseeing, to have an enjoyable night, being right on the pink street, or taking an excursion to Cascais, since the Cascais line train leaves across the street. The staff are all super kind and friendly,,, almost always has solution to your needs or requests. The only thing you need to be aware of is that since one side of the hotel is right above the pink street, you'll have to deal with the noise of people having fun and the low beating music from from the street. Some rooms are affected more than others, and you're provided with 2 pairs of ear plugs each night.. I really enjoyed my stay here..

High 4 but not 5 b/c area is loud. Close to a lot of attractions. Easy check in. Room was simple but comfortable. Difficult to get Uber in early Sunday morning b/c of the area (Uber drives kept canceling due to drunken people leaving bars/pubs).

I really enjoyed my stay! The room had a lovely street view, and it was both clean and nicely decorated. The location was very convenient, right next to Pink Street and near Time Out Market.
