This hotel is stunning both inside and out. The interior is beautifully designed, and the bathroom and bedroom were spotless. Its location, right in front of the Douro River, is perfect. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Hugo, Katia, and their team. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making our experience truly top-notch. I would definitely return to this hotel without hesitation.

Beautiful location in Riberia - rooms ‘basic’ for a 5 star hotel but have everything you need. The river view is a must.
Breakfast 7.30-11 a wonderful presentation of delights for any taste. Service was a little erratic but as we were on holiday that wasn’t an issue.

Our first trip to Europe and this was our first hotel to stay in, and I cannot express how grateful I am that I've chosen Pestana Vintage Porto as our stay. We were greeted by beautiful Marta, who immediately made us feel like we came to the right place as well as making us smile and comfortable for the rest of the stay. We are so blessed to meet such a lovely person as the first person who we've interacted in Porto, amazing start and impression for our trip. Leonard helped us carry things to our room, explaining in detail of our room, the hotel, and how to enjoy our stay. We had a good, fun conversation with him, and continued to do so with all the kind staffs all through-out our stay. They have been of great help, providing us with any necessary information and made us feel so much joy everytime we chatted with them in the lobby. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, with gorgeous view of the river we enjoyed in our gorgeous room which was so comfortable to stay. We even hired a photographer to cherish memories of the wonderful room and view!! Breakfast was delicious and had variety, which we looked forward to every morning. Service, location, room - everything was PERFECT and we are already missing the amazing staffs and our room! Thank you so much Pestana for making our trip memorable :) We will definitely stay here again when we return and recommend to all our friends and family!

This hotel is amazing! It's in the perfect location in Porto. It's centrally located allowing you to walk and get to anywhere easily. The staff were all so kind and helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations and answering any question we had during our stay. They made us feel special and catered to any need we had. The rooms were standard hotel size and had great working ac and amazing water pressure. The in hotel restaurant and bar were also spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel!

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location along the Douro waterfront. We had a room with a French balcony facing the river, with views of the bridges and the Port houses of Gaia. The front desk staff as wonderful, and the wine bar was an added bonus, with the bartender teaching us about Portuguese wines and Ports. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Porto. The only downside is that everything else in the city is “up!”
