A Luxurious Boutique Experience with Impeccable Service

Art Legacy Hotel is an absolute gem in Lisbon. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by its sophisticated interior, adorned with stunning Moooi furniture that perfectly blends elegance and modernity. Every corner of the hotel exudes refined taste, making it a paradise for design lovers.

Beyond the beautiful aesthetics, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and detail-oriented, ensuring a flawless stay. Their hospitality is, without a doubt, the best I have ever experienced.

My partner and I just spent four incredible nights here celebrating a 30th birthday. From check-in to check-out, we experienced nothing short of impeccable service and kindness from everyone at the hotel. Upon arrival we were taken to the hotel bar where we had the most delicious alcohol free cocktail that rotates by season. We were also generously offered a room upgrade to a street facing balcony room with views down to the water, which in Lisbon is a true treat.
For my partner’s birthday the hotel arranged a small cake and lovely handwritten note waiting for us in the room. At night it does not get loud and we slept with our balcony doors open. The hotel is fully outfitted by Moooi, which if you’re into design you understand the cool factor of!

The room is very well appointed with everything you could need — including complimentary snacks (first time use), tea, and coffee. Steamers, irons, and other amenities could be brought up on request. The only thing we found odd was that the only full length mirror in the room was literally IN the shower. Even after a short shower the mirror would fog up or get covered in water, making it unusable. I appreciated the small motion sensor light that turns on by the toilet for middle of the night bathroom trips, and the Bvlgari toiletries were luxurious and smelled great.

Breakfast (7:30-11) was delicious and offered as either a la carte or buffet (or both!), and if something was not on the menu, they could make it for you.

What made our stay so special though was the hotel staff — from breakfast, cleaning, front door, front desk, bar — everyone had such lovely energy and was always willing to have a short chat with us. Big shout out to both João’s at reception, every day they greeted us with huge smiles and the best hospitality. It rained while we were there and every time before leaving we were offered an umbrella and water to take with us - little gestures that stay with you.

The hotel is small and quiet with only a handful of rooms, and we did not see any children there during our stay which was welcomed.

We can’t wait to return!

A beautiful hotel, maintained by a team of polite and courteous staff who are always willing to help with anything you need.

My room was a bit small but very clean and modern.

The hotel has a very delicious restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast is exceptionally well-prepared with great sophistication and refined taste.

The dinner/restaurant offers food of the highest quality.

All of this is overseen by a very professional and kind team.

The hotel himself located at the heart of the city, it's near to anywhere.

I spent four nights there with my 5-year-old daughter, both of us are very glad.

and I will definitely return soon with my wife.

This boutique hotel is amazing! It’s beautiful. All the colors and decor are so fun. The rooms are more European style in that they are smaller than USA ones, but it did not bother us. The balcony was also adorable. We would have coffees and sit on the stools out there and look down at the historic cobblestone road below. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We also had dinner and cocktails and wine on our last night. The black pork dinner was incredible. All of the staff - the front desk, breakfast and restaurant workers - were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping and nightly turndown service was also nice to have. They provide water, tea kettle, espresso pods in each room. The location was perfect since it was close to metro but also very walkable to all the sightseeing in the area. Would love to come back if we make our way back to Lisbon. Highly recommend staying here for an A+ experience. Thanks for a great visit!
