One of the best 5 star hotels we ever visited. Perfect location. Old style with traditions. Each detail makes to feel you comfortable. Good trained staff. The room is very well equipped with a bath and heater in the bathroom. Very comfortable bad. Coffeemaker in the room. Each day small pleasant surprises. Furniture is of good quality and well maintained. Special thanks to the restaurant. The breakfasts were ideal for us as we are not gluten and lactose lovers. The variety and quality of food is very impressive. The hotel is old but not at all shabby. We felt as we got to the old good times with perfect service and quality. Would recommend for 100 percent. If we come to Lisbon next time would stop there!

Great location especially if you want to grab the train to Sintra. Rooms are quiet and the whole hotel has kept true to its history. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, both the food and the room itself.
Would definitely come back even though the beds are a little on the hard side. The staff are all exceptional, and the ability to park out front is a massive value add.

My Wife and arrived at around 9:30 AM from Lisbon Port debarking from a Cruise London to Lisbon. Our Driver Mr Elder recommended by the Hotel was great and very professional.     From the front door to the welcome Desk, The Staffs were very professional and very welcoming with Big smile and kindness as well willing to provide the best in class service. Our Desk Rep “Sara” was extremely. Helpful and arranged for us to have a great room! Big Kudos to the Concierge Team as they were Great in providing us with all the info necessary to enjoy Lisbon. Kudos to the Service Staffs as they were supper Friendly and very professional. Kudos to the Great Bartender’s that entertained us every evening 😀. Overall, we Love the Hotel and we plan to return in the near futuro!

Stayed at room 401.Very nice big room with a very big sitting area with sofas. Heater in both bathroom with tub  and toilet+shower.  A lot of sunlight in the room.  Attentive service.  Spectacular breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice.  Received Egg tart+shopping Bag+ fruit plate as present during 3 night stay .  Very convenient location next to rosso station.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautiful building conveniently located in the center of town. Very pleasant staff. The room was clean, good wifi, even had a smartphone for convenience. The hotel pleased me with various pleasant gestures and compliments. Separately I want to note the luxurious breakfasts, everything was varied and delicious! Going to visit this hotel again! The best impressions and thanks to the hotel for a pleasant vacation in it.
