Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel lobby/bar is nicely decorated and our room was spacious, clean and had great facilities. The location is perfect - close to the train stations and in the centre of shops/restaurants/bars without being too noisy.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful - we found the service excellent throughout our stay. If we return to Lisbon, we would definitely stay here again.

That was just amazing! First, we were given a larger room than we had originally booked. We also received welcome drinks, and I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday greeting.

The location is simply perfect—you are right in the heart of Lisbon. And the rooms were absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

My wife and I were on our first trip to Europe after 33 years of marriage and could not have picked a more wonderful location to spend a week's vacation.  The hospitality at the front desk was exceptional with friendly, pleasant communication but more importantly helpful connections for tours, food and sight to see. The room was modern with plenty of room with the most amazing view of a castle to gaze at every night. And lastly we were in a central location to all that we could want to see, we would walk on the safe festive streets each night before heading to bed.  I can't imagine a better place to stay in the city of Lisbon....almost forgot about the breakfast buffet a quick walk around the corner each morning as well.

They’re literally doing construction in the room next to me. Had I known this or had they alerted me, I would’ve never booked the room. I find it incredibly rude that I had to find out after checking in and going to my room and then only when I called did they tell me that the construction would end later in the evening. I just got off of a six hour flight where I at least wanted to take a nap and now I won’t be able to do that because there is literally someone banging a sledgehammer against the wall.

The shower doesn’t work properly. If you try to use the attachment It doesn’t work fully and keep both showerheads on at the same time creating a huge mess. The waterfall overhead will keep a low pressure while the second attachment sputters. This was not great to figure out late at night as I am now drenched in my outside clothes.

Excellent location. The location is down the street from Baixa-Chiado Metro Station and within walking distance of the major sights in Lisbon Baixa district. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious.

There are a few minor cons and areas of improvement. For example, the doors are very old school and open using a metal key instead of a keycard, so you have to carry a big key around. As well, they did not have liquid hand soap in the bathroom and only provided a small bar of hand soap, which was very frustrating. Finally, there was a strong scent in the lobby that I found very off putting. Luckily, there were no scents or odours in my room.

Overall, the hotel provided great value and the rooms were bigger and more comfortable than the other hotels I stayed at in Lisbon. I would definitely stay here again.
