Our dinner at Encanto was easily one of the best meals in my life. The dishes were complex, innovative and delicious. We especially loved the apple with green strawberries. The chef was gracious and sent us each a second apple because we loved it so much. One of the desserts also stood out by combining port wine and fingerling lime in an unexpected way. The sommelier was very kind and knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information with us. The service throughout was outstanding. It was a wonderful meal.

As a vegetarian, I am very happy to have had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant!
Every dish is a small, delicious work of art that we decided to pair with the 8 moments of wine introduced to us by Ines, who was incredibly kind.
I would like to thank the entire staff, extremely courteous and pleasant, who entertained us throughout the evening! If I remember correctly, Camille took care of us all evening and was absolutely lovely!

I have eaten in many Michelin rated restaurants but Encanto stood out as one of the best experiences I ever had. Their full vegetarian menu is amazing tastefull and creative and their staff is outstanding. We loved all the beautiful storytelling around the wine paring. Would hoghly recommend Michelin to look beyond the one star!

A great experience! They have great Portuguese wine collections. The ambience was very nice. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and polite. Be prepared to spend at least 3 hours there for the dinner. Definitely recommended!

Hands-down our best dinner experience in Lisbon and definitely in our top 5 of dinners overall. Encanto offers a vegetarian menu only and I'd recommend vegetarians and none vegetarians alike to try their menu. The dishes are very inventive, without resorting to molecular gastronomy staples. With every dish you get to hear the ingredients, how they work together and then you can taste it for yourself. The presentation is absolutely fantastic.

They serve really nice wine from Filipa Pato who makes wine that aligns with the Encanto philosophy of sustainability. There is also a non-alcoholic pairing which is refreshingly good and a great companion to the food. Highly recommended!
