Good location, patio has wonderful views.  All of the staff was friendly and helpful, wonderful breakfast.  The only drawback is that it is located on a small dead end which sometimes made it difficult to get car service directly to the hotel door.

Truly such a great experience at the hotel. From us calling before our arrival to arrange our hotel transfers to:from the airport to our departure, the staff was so amazing and helpful, helping us with trains and other logistics as well. The location was amazing and quiet and felt like such after busy days. The breakfast spread that was included in our stay was such a great value with plenty of delicious food for each morning and again, of course, great staff attentiveness - having breakfast on the terrace was just so lovely! The room was such a great size for a couple, we had a view of the water as well! Bathroom and shower were a great size for my husband who’s very tall and has trouble in most European showers. Very clean and gorgeously designed rooms as well - my favorite! Overall amazing experience and we truly can’t wait to come back!!

One of the highlights of our Lisbon trip is this hotel, we got the terrace room with a private patio and honestly it’s the better view of sunset and sunrise than the viewpoint next to the hotel. All staffs were super friendly and helpful. The whole interior design was inspiring. Breakfast was AMAZING. The only complaint we have is the pool has a weird set up that if there’s people sitting on the table it’ll be very awkward to go in.

Other than that, great location, walkable to everything, highly recommend

Visited this hotel purely to enjoy the rooftop terrace. We did not stay there. Very relaxing location with good table service. The Ginjinha was particularly smooth and a great drink if you have a sweet tooth.

Outstanding service and experience made all the better by the attentive, friendly and caring staff. Would recommend 10 out of 10! Such a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view. A quiet sanctuary in the city. We had an incredible time in Lisbon, and without a doubt Memmo Alfama as a home base was a significant contribution to the experience. Obrigado!
