I was honestly surprised by how great hotel was. I honestly had a feeling that i was in 5 star hotel, even tho they present themselves as 3 star. Super clean rooms, very comfortable beds and even tho it’s very busy location plus there was a Christmas market and dj playing music as soon as we closed windows it was all very silent❤️ breakfast was delicious, i miss it already ❤️ cant wait to return there and if i find their hotels elsewhere i definitely will stay with them

A hotel located facing Rossio Square, with an excellent location close to the metro (Rossio Station) and many restaurants nearby. Most major tourist attractions are within walking distance, giving you great flexibility for sightseeing. The staff was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. The room design was modern, and it was equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and air conditioning. They also offer an iron for guests to borrow. The WiFi speed was fast enough to stream videos without any issues. The soundproofing was good—once the windows were closed, we couldn't hear any noise from outside. This is a highly recommended hotel. (October 2024, 2 nights, 3 days)

Superb hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff. The room was great and quirky, a great experience. The shower is perfect. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Location wise it is first class for getting around Lisbon and is right next to the Metro station. It was my wife's birthday and we came back to champagne and cake set out in the room which was a very nice touch by the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this great hotel.
