Noise from street venues open until 0300-0500!  If you like to sleep in quiet and climate controlled rooms it's not a great place to stay. We could not control the room temperature which made it unbearably warm. Clubs open until 0500 with bass music caused us to have minimum sleep.

Very good hotel! Friendly staff, personal handling of the guests, trustful relationship.

I forgot my wallet in the room after departure and it was delivered to me instantly! You won’t find such great service in the big anonymous hotels! My place to stay!

This is a great hotel and location. We had yhe basic room and I could not fault it in compassion to other hotels I have stayed in Australia. We stayed in December and the hotel and room was exceptional warm. The bathroom had all the amentities that other 5 star hotels offer and the bed was firm but very comfortable.
I highly recommend staying here.

My sister and I stayed 2 nights at the hotel while exploring Bucharest. We absolutely had a great time!! Luminica at the reception was super nice and helpful. She even packed us breakfast for our early morning checkout and set up a shuttle to the airport and massages on site on our last night. The breakfast is also great, lots of options to choose from. Behind the hotel is “old” Bucharest. Full of restaurants and bars. Very lively to walk around and enjoy the city. The room was super clean and nice. It had everything you need. I absolutely recommend this place and will return. Thank you for the great experience!!!

High rating is mainly because it is a super central location. Can’t beat the proximity to Old Town Bucharest. I would imagine it is one of the best hotels in the old town. The view from our balcony was of the beautiful court house across the river. Spectacular view at night. Only spent one night here, so can’t speak to many of the other amenities but I would certainly recommend for more
