I had an amazing dining experience , including the service. The duck was perfectly cooked, paired with a delicious sauce that brought out its rich flavors. The addition of ice cream and interesting nuts created a delightful mix of textures and tastes. The dish was beautifully presented, showing real care and artistry. I highly recommend Noeme for anyone looking for a unique and memorable fine dining experience. The recommendation of the wine was also very good. I will come back.

Probably one of the best restaurants in Bucharest. Had the pleasure of visiting twice (once for a business dinner and once for my anniversary). The service is impeccable, the French chef/owner was incredibly knowledgeable about the storyline of each dish, including the impressive deserts. The recommendations for the wine pairing were also excellent. And of course, the dishes are exquisite and definitely the heart of a selective dining experience. It was a pleasure to spend my evening in such a beautiful and well serviced restaurant.

Fantastic overall experience!  Everything in this restaurant was painstakingly prepared with a lot of heart and dedication by a family of three sisters. From the restaurant decor to the background music, and most importantly, to the food, everything was planned carefully.  An expert service manager, Stephane, explained everything carefully and made appropriate recommendations.  He truly has a lot of experience, so when in doubt, we just followed his tips.  The chef, Carmen, combines French techniques with both Romanian and French ingredients to mastery effect.  Furthermore, the atmosphere of the local makes one envisage and feel part of an exquisite traditional yet strangely modern and forward-thinking experience.  We will definitely visit again if we have the chance.

I wouldn't be surprised if this restaurant becomes the first one in Bucharest to receive a Michelin star. It is well on its way! A lot of the dishes required a high-level of technical expertise, which the chef Carmen executed perfectly. I even got to meet Carmen and she explained the idea behind each dish, why it was presented in such a way and what ingredients were involved. They only use all natural ingredients (nothing from a canon/box). Esteban serve me and recommended one of the best white wines I have ever tasted in my life. I ordered the red mullet fish and the duck. The duck was expertly cooked and was a very generous serving, the presentation was beautiful and each element was delicious. The reduction that came with the duck was exquisite, perfectly balanced, not too salty or sweet, and not too thick. Everyone spoke English perfectly, so it made me really comfortable as a tourist and foreigner. Don't be deceived by the simple explanations, I know cooking well enough to know sometimes a simple olive oil and salt and a sear can be incredibly difficult, depending on what the protein is. The cooking was all excellent and as I said, intricate. For instance, on the plate of my starter, one of the sauces had 13 spices in it, but you wouldn't notice this, just by looking at it. For instance, I have never liked celery in my life, and this is the first time I have had celery that I actually enjoyed eating. The decoration in the interior and exterior were both great. the mashed potatoes that were underneath the tilefish were smooth and light you could taste that these ingredients were truly much more fresh and natural than others 100% return to this restaurant and highly recommended to anyone in Bucharest. It is well worth the price and I don't say that often. Excellent service too- one small example: I chose a seat that wasn't that great and Esteban encourage me to take a different seat that was much better and I liked it a lot more. It did not feel like I was having a meal, it felt more like I was having a personal experience. 5 stars!
