I made a reservation and made my entry to stay at Novotel Bucharest City Centre between January 20-25, 2025. On January 21, 2025, between 11:50 and 12:00, I delivered 3 documents that were important to me to the reception and told them that I would receive them in the evening. The receptionist took my documents as a deposit. When I came to the hotel at around 19:00 on the same day and asked for the documents, the receptionists said that they had thrown them in the trash and that they could not do anything. I do not accept this. I want my documents. If these documents that are important to me are not found, I will file a compensation lawsuit against you. Such a situation is unacceptable within the Accor hotel. The situation is recorded in the camera footage. The attitude of the receptionists is not helpful and rude. I want what is necessary to be done.

My experience with Novotel is excellent!
We are partnering for the parking rental services, and I have nothing but good feedback for them. They are professional, reliable, prompt, and always there to offer guidance and support.

Ruth is a very professional and attentive waitress. She told me about the fantastic wines the hotel can offer to the customers. She's right as this is not the first time I'm staying in this hotel. The local winners are superb.

The hotel has an incredible location, very close to the old town. Totally recommended. All the service in the hotel make me feel at home. I'll book a room again here.
