First of all It is overly expensive compared to quality.

Dogs are freely roaming inside sitting on chairs, climbing to tables (this is, of course, also due to dog owners being jerks, but the cafe owners should enforce some rules).

Strange naming of coffees. Forget ordering cappuccino, latte, or flat white. Here they are so snob that they created their own stupid "coffee&milk" which has 3 sizes instead of offering worldwide standard coffee assortment.  It is nothing but designed to increase their revenue. For example, if you want a flat white, you don't have any other option but  choose the huge size of what they call "coffee&milk."  It is the only one that has 2 shots but too much milk. Or at least the cashier girl selected that size without even confirming it with me or without mentioning that i can take smaller size and add shot for example (this came to my mind only later after ordering).

Most bothering is the fact that unkind cashier staff don't want to "lose time" explaining the odd coffee menu and clearly get bothered if you are trying to find your way around their stupid menu.

So avoid this place until they properly train the staff and be less greedy. There are so many other alternatives with better quality coffee and lower prices.

If you’re a coffee lover, Steam is a must-visit! Their cappuccino is hands down the best I’ve ever had – perfectly balanced, rich, and creamy with just the right amount of foam.

The coffee is good, but nothing really extraordinary to make you want to revisit.
If you plan to come and work from here with a laptop, maybe consider another place, because they have no laptop policy (except for one table in the back, that is almost always full).

It’s way too overrated café with basic overpriced specialty coffee.
The staff is unfriendly even though it’s always crowded. Moreover, you are not allowed to have your laptop or tablets.
There is indeed only one specially designed table for this.
It doesn’t make sense: you either allow laptops/tablets or you don’t, not just a table for 2 laptops.
The reason I gave 2* instead of 1* is the design and the location of the place, otherwise it’s not worth it! It’s a pity because of the convenient location but there are other coffee shops around the area.
I’d avoid this place!

Great atmosphere and an amazing variety of beans to buy. The coffee served was good, but nothing too special, taking into account all the equipment and obvious connection the establishment has to fair trade coffee
