We stayed 2 nights and the room and location is great. The pillows and mattress not so good.
Unfortunately my wife's watch was stollen from the room and no one could do anything about it so that is why our negative comment about the stay.

Rooms are quite big, modern and clean, bed is excellent.

Hotel seems to accommodate mostly business travelers as I saw no kids or families during my stay.

Staff at reception is nice and check-in and check-out went fast and fluent.

Breakfast can be a bit crowded during peak times as the area is not that big. Selection could be better in my opinion.

Location is great within a short walk to the subway station and lots of restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay here.  It is across the street from our favorite restaurant, Le Dome, in the heart of Old Town.  The room was quiet despite overlooking the street vs. the "quiet side."  The bed is very comfortable, with outlets at the nightstands.  Wi-fi is fine.  Front desk staff are very helpful and professional.   We appreciated the notice about the taxi problem!
The bathroom is clean and comfortable with the exception of the shower "door."  The only suggestion for improvement we can recommend is to install a real shower door.  The half-wall is attractive but impractical as it is impossible to prevent the water from splashing out onto the floor... requiring the towels to be replaced after being used as floor wipes.
We will gladly stay here again, though, despite this minor issue.

Great location right in the old town, and reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities, free bottled water, and air conditioning. We added breakfast to our package at €20pp and were pleased that we did so. There were plenty of choices, ranging from continental to full cooked options, including an egg station. The bar staff were very friendly when we dropped in for a nightcap. We would definitely come back to this hotel on our next visit to Bucharest.
