My stay at this hotel was an exceptional experience by all standards. The hotel is characterized by its beautiful design and wonderful atmosphere that combines elegance and comfort. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and equipped with everything a guest needs to feel at home. The service was more than wonderful, as the staff showed high professionalism and a clear concern for guest satisfaction.

I recommend this hotel with confidence, as it combines quality and excellence, and it will be my favorite destination on every next visit.”

While using the shower area in the bathroom, it was noted that there was an obvious excessive accumulation of water, which affects the comfort of use and poses a problem related to hygiene and safety. It seems that the floor design or drainage system is not effective enough to drain the water properly, which leads to stagnant water after use.

Such an amazing hotel, spacious rooms similar to Dubai hotels. The bathroom is nice and there is a bidet (shattaf). The receptionists speak English and the hotel staff are generally nice. There is an Currency exchange in the hotel itself. I tried the room service food for dinner and breakfast. The food is delicious and wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent. I used the concierge to book some restaurants and they made reservations for me with ease. I enjoyed my stay with my husband for six days. I recommend it.

Very well located (10 min to Red Square) in the middle of a posh yet lively neighbourhood. Rooms and restaurants are fabulous, Conservatory is highly recommended. Amazing breakfast.

I spent a pleasant vacation at the Ararat Hotel, and the hotel staff treated them with a high degree of professionalism and very special attention. They were very welcoming to all the guests. In the future, when I visit Moscow again, I will definitely stay in the same hotel.
