The staff are so nice and kind , smiling all the time .. the room is big and spacious.. the breakfast is one of the best among all the hotel breakfasts, the options and the live egg station.. they have halal sausage 😍

i had perfect stayed.  The location is near to red square. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Though in 1993, the hotel was a nice place, if abit backward then.  I enjoyed my week there.

Worst experience ever. I have booked a confirmed reservation for 6 nights. I have membership in their website, suddenly they cancelled my reservation without any justification!
