Это не пекарня и не кафе, а офис компании, кофе здесь выпить нельзя. 3 звезды за то, что очень сложно найти. Прямо квест какой-то... Но обучают будущих сотрудников в условиях максимально приближенных к реальности.

Из интереса и поиска дополнительной работы, я решила сходить на собеседование на позицию дизайнера интерфейсов в офис булочной Вольчека. (офис располагался за городом, а не у м. Озерки как было указано в вакансии). В назначенное время интервьюер не явился, как после оказалось из-за пробок. Далее я откажусь от оценочных комментариев и опишу происходящее, начиная от интервью.
Девушка интервьюер 26 лет, психолог по специальности, призналась мне, что почти ничего не знает о дизайне. Вопросы задавала следующие: назовите свои сильные и слабые стороны. Почему решили выбрать именно эту специализацию. Какие проблемы возникали в работе над прошлыми проектами. Почему переехали в СПб.
По окончании собеседования, выяснилось, что далее в течение недели необходимо будет выполнить тестовое задание для дальнейшего отбора. А после ещё и старший дизайнер по портфолио и тестовому произведет отбор.
А теперь лично мои эмоциональные рассуждения.
Тестовое задание содержало реальные, использующиеся на рабочем месте персоналом инструкции, которые необходимо было проанализировать и исправить. Мною был составлен подробный анализ и предложения по улучшению инструкции и интерфейса, начиная от исправления графического сопровождения, заканчивая грубыми ошибками, связанными с функциональностью и удобочитаемостью. В их макете были коряво слепленные рисунки в пэинте, которые ещё и совершенно различались друг от друга по стилистике (я перерисовала все От и До, подвела к изометрическому подходу в первом варианте и к плоскому дизайну во втором варианте. Итого получилось на одно задания два решения), но самый главный провал с их ,напомню, уже рабочим "интерфейсом" заключался в том, что дизайнер верстальщик  заботился о том, чтобы сделать красиво(и у него это не вышло, т.к. нельзя сделать красиво на коленке) , а не о том, чтобы работник на предприятии, в доступной и лёгкой для восприятия форме, быстро получил из инструкции нужную информацию. Пробовал ли сам дизайнер встать на место человека, который будет использовать его творение - вряд ли. Итого я исправила полностью всю инструкцию, апробировав самостоятельно и на добровольцах, учла все возможные моменты от расстояния между смотрящим и инструкцией, заканчивая цветовыми подтонами, облегчающими ориентацию в инструкции и запоминаемость.
Задание я выполнила раньше срока, но получила одну небольшую правку по макету.
В оговоренное время результаты отбора мне не сообщили, мне пришлось самостоятельно писать в hh, а потом на почту, где мне также не ответили. В итоге я просто самостоятельно позвонила, hr ответила, что вот только сейчас минутку назад получила решение в пользу другого кандидата. На мои вопросы, что не понравилось в моем макете, последовал уклончивый ответ в неуважительно тоне, что все субъективно и вам ничего это не даст.
Итак, вся эта простыня писалась для тех, кто отправляется тратить время, на позицию дизайнера интерфейсов в это заведение. Для чего идти к ним? Точно не для того, чтобы получить опыт. Если старший дизайнер, и те, кто принимает решения по дизайну, не имеют представления ни об опыте пользовательского взаимодействия, ни о технической эстетике, то, чему, собственно, у них учиться¿ Если у вас уже есть опыт, то придется исправлять за другими слишком много ошибок и проходить многоэтапный, нерациональный отбор.

Out of interest and looking for additional work, I decided to go for an interview for the position of interface designer in the office of Volchek’s bakery. (the office was located outside the city, and not near Ozerki metro station as indicated in the vacancy). The interviewer did not show up at the appointed time, as it turned out later due to traffic jams. Next, I will abandon evaluative comments and describe what is happening, starting with the interview.
The female interviewer, 26 years old, a psychologist by profession, admitted to me that she knows almost nothing about design. The questions I asked were: name your strengths and weaknesses. Why did you decide to choose this specialization? What problems arose while working on past projects. Why did you move to St. Petersburg?
At the end of the interview, it turned out that during the next week it would be necessary to complete a test task for further selection. And then the senior portfolio and test designer will make the selection.
And now my personal emotional reasoning.
The test task contained real instructions used in the workplace by personnel that needed to be analyzed and corrected. I compiled a detailed analysis and proposals for improving the instructions and interface, from correcting the graphical support to gross errors related to functionality and readability. Their layout contained clumsily put together drawings in paint, which were also completely different from each other in style (I redrew everything from start to finish, leading to an isometric approach in the first version and to a flat design in the second version. In total, there were two solutions for one task ), but the main failure with their, let me remind you, already working “interface” was that the layout designer cared about making it beautiful (and it didn’t work out for him, because you can’t do it beautifully on your knees), and It’s not about ensuring that an employee at an enterprise, in an accessible and easy-to-understand form, quickly receives the necessary information from the instructions. Did the designer himself try to take the place of the person who would use his creation - it’s unlikely. In total, I completely corrected the entire instructions, testing it myself and on volunteers, taking into account all possible points from the distance between the viewer and the instructions, ending with color shades that make it easier to navigate the instructions and memorize them.
I completed the task ahead of schedule, but received one small edit on the layout.
I was not informed of the selection results at the agreed time; I had to write to hh myself, and then to the mail, where they also did not answer me. In the end, I just called myself, HR replied that just now a minute ago I received a decision in favor of another candidate. My questions about what I didn’t like about my layout were answered with an evasive answer in a disrespectful tone, that everything is subjective and it won’t give you anything.
So, this whole sheet was written for those who go to waste time on the position of interface designer in this institution. Why go to them? Definitely not to gain experience. If the senior designer and those who make design decisions have no understanding of either user experience or technical aesthetics, then what is there to learn from them¿ If you already have experience, you will have to correct others too much a lot of mistakes and go through a multi-stage, irrational selection.

Проведите с вашим персоналом разьяснительную работу!!! Это наблюдалось и раньше, но сейчас это просто недопустимо, если ещё раз заметим, будем обращаться в роспотребнадзор и СЭС!!!
