I don't understand why this place has been in the Michelin Guide for three years. It's a completely ordinary place with a pleasant atmosphere, but absolutely ordinary food.

I would have given 5 stars, but towards the end of the evening the service deteriorated, when it was fully seated, I wanted to order a beer within 20 minutes, but it never happened. I barely managed to ask the waiter for the bill

Great service! Amazing food! Their bread is fresh, warm delicious…they had the biggest olives ever, great white wine, chilled white one, just the way we like it.
The gentleman who served us when we went for dinner was really friendly, proactive, paid attention to details, checked on us and gave us some wine recommendations.
The location is also nice, it’s by water, so on warm days you sit outside and enjoy a cocktail with a view.
Staff speak English… we were really happy and satisfied with everything on every visit. We’ve been there several times now and will be going back again.  Thank you Comunale team

Really nice place. Delicious food, very good and helpful service. Highly recommend the creamy prawn soup! We wanted to share and taste everything and the waiter was so polite to put even the soup in two bowls.

During our trip to Serbia, my spouse and I chose Comunale for a dinner. Based on our research, we discovered that this restaurant, located by the river and also featured in the Michelin Guide, was worth trying.

We made a reservation over the phone, and it was convenient to be able to do so in English. Since we planned on having some drinks, we opted to take a taxi from our hotel to the riverside, though walking could be an option too.

The restaurant offers a variety of Italian-inspired dishes, and we were highly satisfied with everything—from the attentive service to the delicious food, desserts, and cocktails. We also found the prices reasonable for a restaurant offering this level of quality. Usually, riverside or waterfront locations rely on their setting to attract customers and may overlook other details, but Comunale has taken great care in all aspects.

For those visiting Belgrade, we highly recommend spending at least one evening here, enjoying the incredible river views alongside excellent food and drinks.

accidentally we got here to try wine after walking tour in belgrade, finally decided to stay and try their specialities which were not bad but with one shining star - soufflé ! ideally made, perfectly refined and tasted like one of the best i had ! also, i liked their olive oil ! so although this variation of focaccia is maybe not the best, restaurant is not the most expensive and worth coming to chill and grab something !
