Faro is truly one of the most beautiful restaurants in Belgrade. I have had dinner there multiple times, exploring a variety of dishes from their menu. Every meal has been nothing short of exceptional—each dish well-prepared and delicious.

The staff deserves special praise. They are friendly, attentive, and approachable without being intrusive, always ready to provide recommendations or introduce new items. Their warm hospitality adds to the overall experience.

The atmosphere is another highlight. The interior, both the outdoor garden and the indoor dining area, is thoughtfully designed and visually stunning.

A truly inspired dining experience. The chefs at Faro know how to bring out the best in their ingredients! Each dish was simple but so delicately prepared. Flavors and textures meld together well, and each items is small, so you can try a little of everything. The best bite is one that combines all the flavors on the plate! I really appreciated the Egg salad with asparagus—bright and nuanced flavors, good separately but amazing together! The Beet salad was also such a great combination of flavors and textures (wish there was even more peach! so good!). I would recommend everything, truly. The atmosphere is also top notch, and they were still finishing the outdoor area but it looked really cozy, private, and well-decorated. Looking forward to visiting again!

It gets busy in the evening, so it is best to call ahead to reserve a table.

Better late than never, as they say; this review for Faro Restaurant in Belgrade is admittedly long overdue. Our first visit happened right after they opened last year, and since then, we've transitioned from first-time guests to loyal lovers and fans. Each visit over the past year has been a delightful surprise, with exceptional dishes that continue to impress us and a team that exudes warmth and friendliness. At Faro, customers are treated like family, and it’s this ambiance combined with culinary excellence that places Faro among the top dining experiences in Belgrade.

Every dish served at Faro is faultless, created from the purest and freshest ingredients. A must-try is the slow-cooked lamb shoulder – a labor of love, and quite frankly, the best we've had in the city. It’s super delicious! The menu, with its frequent changes, caters to everyone and is sure to satisfy your cravings on any given day. Don't miss out on the homemade pita bread. Should you manage to save room for dessert, don’t hesitate to indulge – they perfectly round off the dining experience.

The wine list is an adventure within itself, featuring an excellent choice of Serbian wines that offer great value, along with a fine selection from around the world. As for the setting, the interior and decor provide a comfortable and stunning environment. However, dining outdoors in the garden is a special treat, offering a beautiful space that's perfect for those long, lazy lunches we've grown so fond of.

A special shoutout to Mickey for his role in introducing us to Faro and for his continued exceptional customer service and kindness. And of course, a heartfelt thank you to the entire Faro team for creating such a warm and inviting space where delicious food, fine wine, and great company converge seamlessly. This is the place where your senses will come alive and a friendly reminder of the benefits of being alive. Everything was spectacular. We shared:
Venison burger
Cold cured veal, capers
Cauliflower with almond cream topped with toasted seeds
Smoked tuna carpaccio

We tried a couple of cocktails. I highly recommend this place. I rarely ordered a dessert, but the Tres Leches was the best dessert so far of this European trip.

In the heart of Vracar Belgrade, this restaurant that seems like someone’s house is truly a gem. Elegant yet charming and delicious food choices. Large outdoor dining with great atmosphere. Staff is very professional and friendly. The food is simply delicious!
