Great hotel! Very trendy with lots of energy. There are bands ans DJs at night in the bar and restaurant but it’s not loud in the rooms. The breakfast and food is amazing. The staff are so friendly. Excellent location on the main pedestrian street near the fortress. The rooms are comfortable but nothing special. It’s the vibe and location that’s so great. It’s the top of a nice shopping mall and has rooftop bar too.

I came here three times on my short trip to Belgrade.  The service and hospitality of everyone was among the best!  Filip and James were so polite and gave us drinks right as they were closing and were very kind.  I didn’t stay here but I think next time I come back I will have to because they were so polite and nice to us.  They truly made me feel so welcome and my group of friends.  Amazing service and I hope management sees this and recognizes them for their hard work and care of the guests!

We stayed 4 nights at the Mama Shelter Belgrade and had a wonderful time!

The hotel is very central, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the bar/restaurant area is lively and fun.  The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

There are a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

I would definitely stay here again when I visit Belgrade.  Special thanks to Alexander at the front desk!

Big hotel in a great location, although the access is through the 4th floor of a shopping mall and it can take time to wait for a lift. Nice style, cool terrace, and friendly staff, but there are some issues with cleanliness.

My room reeked strongly of something, which I assume was air freshener used to mask the door of cigarette smoke. I asked to change it, and the other one was better, but still not ideal. Both rooms had some debris on the floor, so it looks like they were not cleaned very thoroughly.

The bed seems more soft than average and felt too soft for me.

Also they don’t put shampoo and shower gel in the rooms, only a soap bar which doesn’t foam well, and give some bullshit environmental explanation for that, which is mildly annoying.

I recommend this hotel for everyone and especially for foreigners.It placed in the heart of Belgrade in Knez Mihailova street in city centre. Accomodation is on the top of the shopping centre so you have parking and everything else you need literally at your fingertips. Hotel is very modern with young multicultural staff. Rooms are great , very clean , spacious.Hotel has a great bar and restaurant and food is very good. tv in the room has many movies on demand for free.
