Som min tvillingbror och jag bodde i The Loft Hotel & Wilson Palace Fabrika var direkt nedanför vårt hotell, tror att det faktiskt är en del av hotellet och var en bryggpub vi besökte fyra nätter av vår vecka semester i Bratislava. Det här är en snygg bryggpub, interiören är superb, dess ljusa och luftiga, industriell stil inredning och möbler, en serveringsbar i massivt trä dominerar huvudrummet, bryggkar på framträdande plats utställda och det finns gott om sittplatser utspridda över hela denna bryggpub både inne och ute på deras innergård. Vid alla våra besök här var denna bryggpub packad , ölen som erbjöds var fantastisk , Fabrika Brewery ipa , Fabrika weizen , Fabrika dark , alla dessa brygder serverades i utmärkt skick , helt utsökta ölstilar och serverades av personal som är genuint glada att se dig i deras bryggpub , på varje bord fanns stora skålar med apnötter som passade till ölen så bra , det är knappast förvånande att denna bryggpub är så populär bland öl av denna kvalitet , kunde inte klandra något om alla våra besök här under vår vecka semester i Bratislava . Fabrika The Beer Pub är lätt att hitta längs Štefánikova. Öppettider är; Måndag till söndag, 8:00 till midnatt. En underbar brewpub, en som jag starkt rekommenderar att du söker upp om du är i området eller planerar en semester till Bratislava.

Vi var vistas i Loft hotel och en av bonusarna var det finns en brygga - pub och restaurang knuten till detta hotell och vad en fantastisk plats att ha en god måltid och ett utbud av sublima bryggda öl. Vad en lysande plats att börja eller att avsluta vår kväll - off i som det är öl sortiment var utmärkt som var Service som var dess personal. Den har ett modernt utseende och känsla med en avskalad - tillbaka interiör med industriell stil belysning och det har många intressanta fixturer och funktioner och utmärkta sittplatser i hela dess interiör och en fantastisk terrass. Vi bodde på Loft hotel i flera dagar (sex dagar) och vi gick hit minst fyra gånger och varje tillfälle hade vi öl eller en måltid. Ölen vi hade där det äger som var fantastiska sticker ut en var en APA stil öl som var superb och det var i min mening där bästa öl. Detta är en absolut pärla av en brew - pub och restaurang knuten till ett fantastiskt hotell och det är en brew - pub och restaurang som är värt att besöka om du runt detta fantastiska område i Bratislava. Fount denna plats strax före Covid nedstängningar - och omständigheterna har gjort att jag har inte kunnat komma hit förrän september 2025 ! Väl värt att vänta - personalen är fantastisk, ölen är lysande, Zucchini Pommes frites är ett måste - liksom den konstigt fantastiska Getost och rödbetssallad med hallon dressing. Skulle inte tveka att komma tillbaka till denna plats igen och igen och igen.

Fabrika har en utmärkt meny med rätter som också är stora portioner, IT är populärt, så reservationer rekommenderas. Jag hade en stor portion välsmakande risotto. Lunchspecialerna på den tiden var mindre än 10 euro, och vi njöt av soppa, hummus och falafel och grönsaker. Och så gör de förstås utmärkt öl!

Gick för en måltid här under en storstadssemester och det var definitivt den bästa måltiden vi hade hela semestern. Personalen var vänlig och effektiv, och restaurangen i sig var riktigt trevlig. Jag har ärligt talat inget negativt att säga om det. Skulle säkert besöka igen utan att tveka. Det är självklart populärt och jag skulle rekommendera att göra en bokning via deras hemsida.

Fabrika är en härlig modern bar och restaurang som serverar öl som bryggs på plats, plus varannan dryck, och en stor matmeny. Vi har haft ett par öl och en måltid med stekt ost och chips (lokal slovakiska maträtt) . Allt var bra och personalen var verkligen hjälpsam och vänlig. Men det är dyrare än andra mer lokala platser

Bra öl som har ett mikrobryggeri i sidan det € 3 för en stor pilsner Urquell. Maten var bra med alternativ av slovakisk mat och hamburgare etc. Personalen var vänlig och talade bra engelska. Jag skulle rekommendera denna plats .

Bra urval av hantverksöl gjorda på just den plats du konsumerar dem i som ännu bättre priser. Stället backar tillbaka till ett hotell men det känns inte alls så. Estetiken är rustik och modern och det har en fantastisk atmosfär.
