Stayed with my wife and 5 month baby during New Years 2025.
Hotel is old but well maintained and clean.
Staff in Reception and Breakfast is excellent.
Breakfast is good but without imagination and same everyday even through festive periods
Only one bad incident was at the bar one night. Bar was empty and stayed relatively empty and they didn't want to serve us (hotel quests) and 6 friends of ours in a bit of a racist way. To be fair NO WE DIDNT MAKE RESERVATION.

For a Radisson/Carlton this place needs urgent renovation. The decor is very outdated and the rooms were dusty. For a 4 star hotel the decor and finishings should be more modern and clean. House keeping did not change our bedsheets and our sheets when we arrived were also dusty. The smell of the hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash made me gag. The water pressure in the shower was good. The bin would not open up and i had to keep opening it by hand which is such an inconvenience and unhygienic. The toilet brush was broken - again not good touches for a 4 star hotel. The view was also poor. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. It was lopsided and made you sink in - not in a memory foam kind of way but an uncomfortable way.

The rest of the hotel grounds is stunning and decorated lovely but the rooms are very outdated.

The positives is that the receptionists were very friendly, smiley and helpful and the location is superb.

The location of this hotel is as central as it can get. However the rooms do not stand up to the Carlton brand. The decor is outdated, the beds are uncomfortable and the TV in the room has no functionality.

The best part of this hotel is the professionalism and the service of the staff. If you do decide to stay at this hotel, don’t forget to grab a handful of the gummy sweets at reception 😉

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel over the New Year's Eve period. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to the Old Town, Hrad castle and Eurovea shopping centre. We had a standard room which was very clean and well laid out. The wellness facilities were very good but we had to pay for it additionally and it gets busy, so you need to reserve it in advance. Food was excellent. Great choice and very tasty. The only thing we struggled with was sleep as the pillows were too soft but that's a personal preference. Also, our shower gel and shampoo hasn't been topped for a few days, so we had to use our own toiletries and we have informed the receptionist of it. Otherwise, I would very much recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a wedding in Bratislava. Hotel was new, clean and very comfortable. Ema at reception was very helpful. Right in the middle of the old city and just steps from a lot of bars/restaurants/clubs. The hotel bar was fantastic and Eva and Deana gave our large party great service on multiple nights. Fitness center was modern and clean. Casino downstairs was very enjoyable. I will be staying here again!
