The hotel was really amazing, we were staying for a week, and especially if you are staying with family, the hotel is perfect for that. It has many attractions, a great pool area and amazing food with friendly service. In addition to that, the rooms were always clean and the location is perfect, near to many beaches to chill in the afternoon. But what I personally liked the most, was the view from the rooms, which overlooked the sea. It was always so relaxing to wake up, and the first thing you see was the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay  here at this hotel,
my wife and I agree with all the positive reviews written. But there is one particular point raised a few times and it refers to the lack of kitchen utensils e.g. cutlery, cups and at least a kettle. You have replied to this issue and but nothing has changed. Charging 20 euro extra is mean and stingy especially when you try and achieve a really high standard in all other areas of the hotel.
We are considering booking an event here next year. So hopefully you can take this positive recommendation on board.  Thanks and regards.

A unique, village-style hotel location with spectacular sea views. The ever-ready golf cart was a nice touch, to ensure you could easily be transported get up the hill and around the village. The staff were all exceptional.

Stayed before in 2014 and had a fantastic time. Hotel has now been taken over by Barcelo. Frustratingly, decor, furniture and fixtures in the apartment are all the same!! In addition, despite booking an apartment, our kitchen had no utensils, cutely or china - these have to be rented for an additional 20EUR. Breakfast was the same food every day. Parts of our room were in need of major repair. Other than the amazing sea view, and the lovely young man who drove the golf buggy, the stay was pretty disappointing. Pool had artificial grass that got super hot! Pool needs kid free times, and parking needs to be improved.

This hotel was unexpected at the end in a good way if you really want to relax in a very quiet charming hotel, kind of remote & isolated, in a residential area in the middle of nowhere to be honest, so i really recommend it for this kind of purpose vacation: beautiful spot, really good customer service of whole team: either reception or restaurant, housekeepers… all of them were perfect. I appreciated their friendliness, proactivity, really good will on whatever request. I perfectly know what is good customer service especially in tourism field as i’m working for more than 25yrs & i know perfectly what makes the difference in the tiny detail to get excellent service, & they did really good! I’d like to tell them a huge MUCHISSIMAS GRACIAS a todos & a special one to the receptionist officers who arranged me the change of room on my 2nd day to a sea view one, & my stay turned perfectly from this day thanks to them, and a special Thanks to Ms Espe who did so great to arrange an unexpected so surprising late check out.
