I recently dined at Nota Blu New Brasserie and found it to be quite overrated, particularly with regard to the main dishes. The lobster, which I was really looking forward to, arrived somewhat overcooked and lacked the succulent, buttery texture that makes this dish so delightful. Its accompanying sauce was underwhelming and did little to elevate the dish.

Similarly, the lamb chops were a letdown. While they were over cooked and  The side dishes did not complement the lamb well, creating a rather disappointing overall experience.

On a brighter note, the appetizer was fantastic and the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful, well-presented, and set high expectations for the rest of the dining experience. Additionally, the service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant were top-notch, creating a pleasant dining environment.

Given the high praise surrounding this restaurant, I expected much more in terms of the main dishes' flavor and quality. However, the excellent service and lovely atmosphere did enhance the overall experience.

Nota Blue Restaurant in Marbella delivers an exceptional dining experience with outstanding service and a creative menu. We started with the aromatic truffle pizza, spicy Cajun shrimp, and a refreshing cauliflower salad. For mains, the Seafood Orzo impressed with its fresh, flavorful seafood, the Ravioli with veal showcased tender pasta and rich filling, and the steak, perfectly cooked, was elevated by a unique special sauce. Overall, Nota Blue combines quality ingredients and excellent service for a memorable meal.

As an aspiring food critic, i’ve been to many restaurants, this being one of those that has a fine dining casual atmosphere. The service from patrick was prompt, precise, fast and even quick. We celebrated my close friends 20th birthday today and he without asking knew who’s birthday it was and made sure we got everything to our liking. Right from the start of the service we were already impressed by his suggestions for the food, knowledge and understanding of his clientele likes and dislikes! we highly recommend his service when in Notablu!
Now coming to the food, simply amazing, i recommend getting the lobster linguine, where the lobster just melts in your mouth. If i was to recommend any place to anyone for a good dinner, music, and amazing service notablu is the place to be, once again thank you patrick and rest of the staff at notablu for making the evening wonderful!

Had a really great meal tonight at Nota blue. The service from the staff is impeccable. The table was right in the centre of the restaurant, even though we didn’t make a booking which was absolutely fantastic.

We asked for two cocktails which were alcohol free with ginger added to it, and it turned out to be absolutely amazing a wonderful wonderful cocktail.

The meat was actually actually cooked to perfection. Very tasty very stylish Entrecôte and the lobster was absolutely cooked to perfection. Really tasty, a wonderful meal in all .

Would definitely recommend this place worth a visit. The food is exquisite

I regret booking this restaurant; it was a waste of time. The food was not worth the high prices, and while we had a nice corner for our large table, the environment is vastly overrated.

After lunch, we discovered the bill was higher than expected. As we tried to review it, the waiter kept interrupting, pressuring us for payment. Once we got home, we realized we had been charged for items we didn't order.

I contacted the restaurant the next day to report the incident, but their response was rude and unprofessional, insisting there was no mistake. Additionally, the menu doesn't list drink prices.

Make sure to check your bill carefully before paying.
