Quite small, no lockers, most of the "archives" are fake folders. There's a small exhibition on Spanish colonization. Otherwise there are a few signs scattered around with other info but only in Spanish. It's a quick visit and it's free so difficult to not recommend but if you have only a few days in Sevilla there are places more worthy of your time.

It is a marvellous building with some beautiful architecture, but it's mostly filled with fake box files now (to give the impression of the archive it once was). The staircase and the upstairs ceilings are the most impressive.

Free entrance makes this another must place to visit. Located between the Palace and Cathedral.  Naval historical books, maps and drawings dating back to 500 ad.  Use this as a filler between tours at the Palace and Cathedral

It’s an impressive building. But much of it was closed off to the public when I went in August 2024.

Only some documents, and two exhibits, one on El Salvador and another on Spanish Carpet making were on display.
