Hotel is OK but the food was awful. Cold food and aimed at OAP market. Happy hour we waited the whole hour for a drink. Cocktails were not included in happy hour. Only 2 staff for a very busy area. Bar closes at 11.30 and drinks highly overpriced. Would never go back. Reception staff were very nice.

We have now stayed there 5 times and it gets better and better. The updated rooms are excellent with plenty of storage space. The balcony metal rails have been replaced by glass so unobstructed views. The hotel exterior has been repainted off white to match the new extension. We made use of the rooftop bar every evening before dinner. Food for dinner and breakfast extensive and varied. Good entertainment in the evening and efficient and friendly staff throughout. I’m sure we’ll be back. Well done everyone.

The 4-star rating is not accurate, rooms are quite average.  The he junior sweet is In need of renovation, worn surfaces, traces of moisture on the ceiling. However, the most peculiar observation is that a 4-star hotel completely lacks a minibar, or it is empty and there is not even water to serve.
Breakfast is quite crowded, there is no service in the restaurant, coffee is only available from vending machines with a 30 minute queue at worst. If you are travelling with a large group it can be difficult to find a table.

The hotel's clearest strength is its location, with good sea views from the rooms.

Visited here yesterday without a booking and, as requested, was shown the standard twin/double rooms that we'd previously found online at 93 euro.  We were told that we could upgrade to a junior suite if we booked online and then paid an extra 8 euro at the hotel.  We were shown the junior suite, which was very nice, and at this time, both my partner and I clarified the cost with the young man who reiterated that the additional cost to the hotel was only 8 euro. We also clarified this again in the lift on the way back down to the lobby. The young man agreed that the junior suite would in total be 101 euro.
After booking online, when checking in, we were informed by another member of staff that it was, in fact, 80 euro to upgrade,  not the 8 euro we were previously told. The individual who showed us the room then appeared and disputed the earlier conversations. Having been left with no choice  but to remain here for the night, I must say that I feel completely scammed and very disappointed with the service.
During check-in, and given our experience, we asked to speak to a manager only to be  informed that the manager was not at work. and there was no other senior member of staff available.  This I find very hard to believe.

Room 111 needs a few touch-ups. The shower is horrendous. No matter how you try to move the shower head, it continually points to the wall. Very annoying that we couldn't even get a decent shower here. I'm sure the new rooms at the back of the hotel have much better bathrooms.
Overall, it was  a very bad experience, and somewhere we will not be recommending or returning to.

Almost perfect!

I give everyone in the staff 5 out of 5. Everyone is very nice and service-minded.

Check-in 5 of 5, room. A great room, but it lacks a minibar. You can expect that in a premium room 4 out of 5.

Very nice lounge, but it lacks attention from the hotel 3 out of 5.

Pool-bar and Roof top bar 5 out of 5. Nice staff and very good dishes.

The breakfast dining room feels outdated. The breakfast is what you can expect 4 out of 5.

Buffet dining in the evening is the same room as the breakfast. A bit boring. It said there would be show cooking, but I saw no sign of that. There are some improvements to work with 3 out of 5.

Check-out. Again nice and efficient. I give the stay 4 out of 5. (I would have liked to stay longer) And make sure to book the new rooms. You will not be disappointed.
