I had a wonderful time here The sand was clean, the water was crystal clear, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. I really appreciated the facilities available, like the showers and restrooms. The beach was well-maintained, and the surrounding scenery made it a perfect spot for a day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this beach to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to spend the day

The beach itself is ok, clean and well-kept.

Every few tens of meters there are garbage bins, 4 each for sorting organic waste and for recycling - a very nice thing.

Sand is a bit different, more like dust, but it's not a problem if you didn't take your towel or white clothes. Another thing about the sand - the layer is a bit thin to normal and you may have difficulty installing the umbrella. So you may need extra support as under this layer is another hard layer of rock that cannot be penetrated. On hot days, your feet may burn and you may need footwear.

The water is very clean, but I understand it depends on how big the waves are. The shore is a bit steep and deep, so that only 3-4 meters from the beach the depth can reach over 1 -1.7 meter. The clarity may be due to the pebbles that would replace the sand. Just because they are not too big, they do not create much discomfort. The next beach, however, is less crowded, but there are a lot of large stones that can cause you fractures or serious shocks/injuries.

On the beach there are also a few restaurants/stalls where drinks and food are sold (a pint of beer is €4.00).

The showers on the beach are not working, probably due to the drought.

The boardwalk by the beach is simply wonderful.

Went both day and night time on separate days. Felt safe. Lovely beach. Good atmosphere. Near the harbour and the Pompidou if you like art.

A great beach. Lots of great bbq fish restaurants and sunbeds for hire. The only down side is the number of ladies asking if you want a massage and you need to be firm if you don't want to be bothered.
