Sincere recommendations for Abades Triana Restaurant! From excellent communication for the reservation, purchasing a bouquet, and the outstanding service of all the staff, thank you so much! The location is great, food is alright, the price is not too bad for total. However, I ordered the wine paring and which is not providing by the order as the menu; also didn’t adjust it based on the testing menu I ordered.

The sea bass I had is okay, bit dry but the source is delicious; but there is bone and scales. Should not happened in a fine dining restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional. We started with the oyster ceviche, which featured incredibly fresh ingredients in a delectable tiger milk soup. For the main course, we enjoyed the dry-aged sirloin and sea bass, both offering a symphony of deep, rich flavors that delighted our palates. The chef is undeniably a masterful artist in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. Glasses and silverware were dirty, and while the waiter was friendly, it took multiple requests and a long wait to receive the menu and settle the bill. Oddly, dishes were cleared away very quickly, sometimes before we had finished savoring the last bite. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in certain areas of the restaurant, seemingly coming from the downstairs bathrooms.

Despite these issues, the outstanding food makes this restaurant worth revisiting. However, I hope they improve the service and overall professionalism to better complement the exceptional culinary experience.

Abades Triana Restaurante in Seville offers a stunning riverside view and an exceptional dining experience. We started with delicious bread, the chef’s special, and jamón (cured ham), setting the stage for an incredible meal.

For mains, we tried the sea bass with potato purée, filet mignon, and duck risotto—all beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The sea bass was particularly memorable, as my mom said it was the best fish she has ever tasted. As for the duck risotto, it was equally outstanding—when I put it in my mouth, it felt like a carnival of flavors.

Dessert was the perfect finale, featuring a modern tiramisu and a selection of chocolate treats with cream, a crisp top, and ice cream.

The service was outstanding, with attentive and caring waitstaff who made us feel truly special. Combined with the wonderful food and ambiance, Abades Triana is a must-visit for anyone in Seville.

We opted for the premium service(€15 per person) which includes drinks before and after the meal, the right to sit right in front of the river and tiny dessert after all the food.

The whole experience was amazing and the waiters are really really professional.
I don’t come to this kind of places often but when you do spend this level of money, this restaurant actually don’t disappoint.

We had two starters, two main courses plus the premium for two, at the end it cost us €150. With the view and the good quality food(the chef cooks amazing) I think it’s worthy to try if you come to Sevilla!
