A good fine dine place. Excellent food. Excellent service. The fried cheese was extra crispy and without much oil. The canelones are full of fresh mushroom taste. The bacalao is soft at its best. The scallops are a bit salty (taste of the sea). The service is up for standard at its level.

Our server, Manuel, was flawless—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our meal special. It was refined, effortless hospitality at its best—white glove service, minus the gloves.

The food was a revelation. Each dish from the five-course tasting menu was creative and delicious, striking a perfect balance between adventurous and comforting. Portions were spot-on, and the wine pairing was so perfectly matched that it elevated every course.

I highly recommend Az-Zait!! Get a reservation and go! The tasting menu was exceptional!! Definitely the best meal we had in Spain! Every course was interesting and delicious. The courses complimented each other giving our palates a delightful experience with each bite.  The service was incredible and the presentation was beautiful.
