I can’t stop thinking about this meal. This was one of the most exceptional meals of my life. From start to finish, everything was perfect. If you go, I highly, highly recommend the tasting menu with the wine pairing. The food itself is other worldly, a mix of interesting flavors and incredibly fresh ingredients. Every bite was perfection, further accentuate by the love and attention of the staff gave through their descriptions and attentiveness to our own questions. I would die a happy man if this was my last meal, but I get to live on and have this meal seated in my memory. Thank you to all the staff for this unforgettable experience.

First of all. This is a restaurant that's ready to go for two Michelin stars soon.

Special thanks to the sommelier tonight. I went with the wine pairing with the tasting menus. He is very knowledgeable, serving the right wine  with the right dish. I'd say the performance of the wine is even better than the food IMHO.

The wine selection is very good. It's from Vermouth, sherry, champagne, and red wine. If the restaurant is one Michelin star , the sommelier (wine selection) should be 2 stars. The sommelier even hand wrote me a note where and what wine I should buy. Last time I had someone to do this for me was in a 3 Michelin stars restaurant in Paris.

The food is a seafood base. It sounded like they don't have meat options. I'm allergic to shellfish so my review could be biased. I like most of their dishes (very clean and fresh flavor), but a few of them are hit or miss (my least favorite one is the fish tempura and dashi soup). I grew up on an island in the Pacific Ocean, and I can tell the seafood quality is top notch.  They have their own boats to catch the seafood around the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Ocean.

We loved the whole experience from the unforgettable food to the excellent service. Seeing chef Juan Luis Fernandez is action was also a treat. A special shout out to the reservations team for helping us to secure a booking.

The best seafood I ever had. Perfection in prawns, langoustine and hake. Had the impeccable omakase menu. We were there for lunch. Great wine pairings and lively atmosphere. Not stuffy like some Michelin * places. Sit at the bar if you can and watch the team conjure the magic. My new favourite fish restaurant in the world.

My friend and I had a great time dining at this mysterious Michelin Stared seafood restaurant in Seville. Their menu changes a little based on the catch of the day. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by these giant real fish heads on display to the right along side the kitchen counters. It was a bit intimidating at first but the more I looked at it, it became a quirky decoration that added to the charm of this restaurant.

There are three options you can specify when you make reservations at the restaurant: al la carte, tasting menu, or omakase. We originally specified the tasting menu but got convinced to do the omakase after we got seated at the restaurant. This might be the only omakase I’ll ever partake in my life as I’m not a fan of raw seafood. However, they were kind enough to allow diners to provide preference and they will cater their menu based on the details. I told them I don’t eat raw seafood and they kindly agreed on a no raw omakase for me but for my friend (who loves raw food) will be served the raw option when applicable.

We saw many people actually opted for the a la carte option as menus were provided. We were not provided anything when we walked in since we picked the omakase so we had zero clue what we are being served. The courses just kept coming out and we were so stuffed at the end of the experience. The creativity and the freshness of the dishes were admirable. I also loved how they operated in an open kitchen format where we can be seated facing the chefs, directly observing at them cooking and plating the food.

Overall it was such a wonderful experience with friendly staff and playful ambiance. The staffs were kind enough to explain each dishes in English as well even if it wasn’t the language they were most comfortable with. I highly recommend everyone to book a visit here when visiting Seville!
