Situated in a small courtyard, the hotel has a lovely vibe to it. Very much Seville, tactfully modern but respectful to history and location of the building. The staff are super-friendly and willing to help with anything no matter how small. Excellent suggestions of where to visit and eat. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. A buffet Breakfast was taken in an airy and bright room, which had an uplifting energy to it, all tastes are catered for and it is possible to have individual requests cooked to order. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay (3 nights) which was perfect to explore and enjoy Seville for the first time.

Beautiful hotel, nicely furnished with spacious room (we had the Superior Double Room with Balcony), large bathroom and quiet location.
Breakfast buffet was fabulous, pool area on top floor was nice to relax for a while.
Location was fantastic, situated on a quiet plaza but close to the Cathedral and the bull ring arena/river area.
Staff was friendly and accommodating most of the time.

The big negative was the Front Desk staff and the lack of management to do performance reviews of their staff and correct the staff's unacceptable behavior.

Unfortunately for us, we had the same horrible young female checking us in; she lacked in maturity and good communication skills. To make things worse, we had to switch rooms for our last night as there was no electricity in our area. We packed up in the dark (!) and went to the Reception where that same female staff member made us wait for about 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, we were able to listen to her telling customers who wanted to change rooms that "they were booked out that night but as the last arrivals of the day weren't here yet, she was going to give that room to them (i.e. the complaining customer!)". Also, there was NO apology or accommodation for our troubles of having to switch rooms.
This kind of Customer Service is unacceptable, and this is the reason why I am only giving a 2* rating. A nice hotel won't make you successful, you need to be able to have professional staff providing 4* service!

One of the best hotels I have been to in a while. Stayed here for a work trip and they were helpful in every way. It was easy to reach by car, even a van. They have valley service, excellent breakfast and diner and the rooms were very comfortable. It is only a short walk to the cathedral and Real alcazar and is located at a cozy plaza that is not too busy. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay over 4 nights here at Vinci, Molviedro !  The facilities are all very good and a great breakfast with alot of variety.    The location is very quiet and very convenient for getting to great bars and Tapas nearby.  The Reception staff are very helpful and  also the Bellboys are super helpful !  We will be returning !

We arrived at Christmas Eve and were welcomed by Anna who did greet us with such a positive energy gave us the best recommendations and tips to experience the ultimate Sevilla! We felt immediately so welcome.  We stayed in a spotless junior suite with amazing bathroom on 4th floor in almost private wing of the building - in the heart of historical center between many good restaurants,  bars and the cutest small galleries and shops. And we did have the best sleep as you don't hear a thing from the so vibrant city lifestyle outside of your room. Inside of the hotel there are even remains of the old town wall preserved, around which they did create a cosy lounge area to sit outside! Breakfast was exceptional! The hotel deserves 5 stars for the always so happy and friendly stuff, for housekeeping,  service, breakfast and location! We stayed in many luxurious hotels around the world, but could not wish for a better place to stay at during our 5 days trip to Sevilla.
