First and foremost this is not a hotel like it says under the name “3-star hotel.”It is an apartment complex where residents who live here 365 days pay their rent AND apartments where tourists can also rent for their trip. Look I know you’re on vacation and you wanna live your full on Spanish fantasy and this is the place to do it. I’m not fighting you on that! What you do need to understand is that this is not a hotel so there’s no check in, there’s no room service, there’s no accommodation like in a hotel because this is an apartment complex where everyday people live here. So make sure your landlord provides you with a layout of where your apartment is.
All I’m saying is to understand that people from here live here and to be mindful of that fact and be respectful. And 9/10 times the tourist are great but it’s that 1 in 10 tourist that really comes in and puts a wrench in our daily lives. Just imagine if your neighbors were strangers swapping out every two days. Like we’re very weary, sometimes uneasy and of course hesitant of who is sharing our home so be mindful of that. Thanks! Stayed there for 2 nights. The bedroom was clean. But bed frame was very squeaky. Mattress was to soft.

Good kitchen with basic utensils and equipments

The room was bathroom needs a shower curtain or something - the room flooded when we showered. The floor leveling was off - excess water flow to bathroom door.

Have washing machine and drying rack. The machine needs to be clean, its a bit moldy.

No elevator - have to carry suitcases upstairs

I don’t know why some residents complain about the tourists. Having lived here 2 years and having tourist flats on either side of my own, I have never had a single issue with any tourist.

The residents who complain are a problem. Almost every day there are people standing right in front of my door and shouting to each other like uncivilised beasts. They break the rules of the coral but only complain about me when I break them because I’m not 1. Spanish or 2. female. Then they get together like the grannies knitting circle and make each other worse with their neurotic nonsense.

And specifically the other resident complaining here. She complains about everything. She doesn’t even have tourist flats adjacent to hers so it’s not affected at all by the tourists. She complains that other people have their pets loose when she has her pets loose. She complains if a tourist pulls their wheeled bags over the pebbles but does not complain when a resident does the same thing. She unilaterally writes angry notes and hangs them at the entrance.

They are unhappy and unhealthy people with nothing going on in their lives, no hobbies, no ambition, just miserable and immobile as calcification sets in … so they overflow their own discomfort, anger and depression onto innocent others such as the tourists who are, in fact, quite respectful.

Great place!

Under the scorching sun of Sevilla, this place was a heaven for us. The patio of this historical hotel is idyllic.

The owners Maria and Angel are really good people. They helped us even though we had a personal problem in the city.

The place (Room 21) is decorated like Alhambra. There was a hot tub which was awesome. The beds are extremely comfortable. Clean sheets, clean kitchen and clean floors.

The location is great, this hotel was the best one during our Andalucia trip (4 cities, 5 hotels). Thanks Maria and Angel for everything!

Behind a grey door there's paradise! Beautifully created with a fountain in the middle. An quiet peacefull oasis in the beautiful city of Sevilla. It  also is a monument build in the 16th century. Located near almost all the main tourist sights.
