This was my third and final visit. The first time I thought it was a fluke. The second time I was just as disappointed and this time guaranteed I will not be back because I had the same experience every time.

First, they offer a full menu but are always missing more than half of it. Their menu says “meriendas”, but when I ordered a sandwich (at 16:30) they said they only offer them in the morning. But merienda literally means the meal between lunch and dinner. They also had a sign advertising their different breads, but apparently that is also only available for breakfast.

I then ordered a Ginger smoothie and a chai tea without sugar. She said they don’t put sugar in the chai tea. My friends ordered two other smoothies.

10 minutes later they came back to tell me they didn’t have 3 of the 4 ingredients that went into my smoothie. My friend who ordered another smoothie also was told they were missing ingredients.

Another 10 mins past and my chai tea came and it was SO SWEET that it gave me an instant headache. It was literally all sugar.

My other friend ordered a banana smoothie and it came without any banana. We all tried it and none of us could taste it. She sent it back asking for banana and they added some, but you could barely taste it.

We also ordered a cake and it came with a dirty spoon. When I asked for another one, I saw him go through the pile of spoons and pull out SEVERAL other obviously dirty spoons and throw them in the sink to be washed. Disgusting.

The final reason why this place should be avoided is because it smells awful. It has the smell of sewage that usually comes from old pipes. But they used some sort of cinnamon air freshener to try to cover it. But it doesn’t work, it just makes it smell even worse.

Like I said, I’ve been there 3 times and every time I had the same experience:

- tons of things on the menu are unavailable
- service sucks and while they take your order they come back 10+ minutes later to tell you they are missing ingredients
- unhygienic
- smells like sewage and air freshener and gave me an instant headache all 3 times I’ve been there.

The only thing I like about the place is the decoration.

I will certainly avoid this place.

The owner replied below (a month after the review) with a lot of attitude and didn’t acknowledge most of what I said and took no responsibility whatsoever. They made some irrelevant excuse that had nothing to do with what I mentioned and LIED about what the sign says. What a joke. Avoid this place at all costs. The food, service and ownership simply AWFUL.

It looks cozy. However as a solo traveler that works remote this is not the place to be. You are not allowed to sit on the comfy sofas; as they are only for bigger groups. Well, I am traveling alone. If you want to work on your laptop they have two small tables to do so; which is okay. However you are only allowed to sit there for 40 minutes maximum, which I find quite short. Especially as there is no wifi in this restaurant! Unfortunately I had to find out after I already ordered a coffee. They should have told me when they saw me with my laptop before they took my order....

Beautiful place with excellent service and a very satisfying breakfast!  Excellent coffee with excellent Milk choices! My husband had the Iberian. It was excellent. I had toast with eggs and eggs were very delicious and cooked to perfection. They really care about their place and their work here the music is relaxing and wonderful. The restrooms were clean and fresh. I would definitely go back!
