Good, worthy of 1 Michelin star. Only one truffle dish; maybe it was out of season in early September.

My partner wanted to suprise me with a Michelin star restaurant, and we ended up in this wo derful restaurant.

Location: near the churches and their fountain area.

Staff: very elegant. P.S. you don't need to wear a fancy clothes to dine in here, as long as you look presentable. We went i. There unprepared and we were just wearing our normal hiking clothes.

Food: we had the 80€ plus degustation. It was a great experience. But, ofcourse my partner always have some comments to leave, which i had to agree that the arroz rice was not soft enough.

Cleainess: it was clean, i just need to take one star off because the bathroom was not that presentable. Although it was clean.

Overall: i recommend anyone to try this place and even for locals.

If you like modern Spanish, Basque, Catalonian cuisine... Don't dine here. It's very, very traditional and even if you like classics, not impressive at all. I wonder if an Michelin inspector has visited this place in the last 30 years......
