An amazing experience. Having part of my roots in the area, I can say convincingly that they stayed true to the roots of local food traditions. They give everything a modern, unique and personal touch of the highest
quality without being over the top. The place is very small, and they did that on purpose so that they can given you that personal, low key friendly and also very relaxed dining experience. A real hidden gem and a perfect example of the richness this area provides in terms of food and enjoyment.

An absolutely wonderful place to eat. The restaurant is charming and the food and service are outstanding. The menu is filled with innovative takes on classic dishes. We really enjoyed the duck and carrilleras. Definitely worth the stop!

Fuimos a comer 6 personas, nos encantó todo. El sitio es muy acogedor, la atención es de 10, Cristina y Rubén son super atentos y amables. La comida es espectacular y original. Muy recomendable.

Un salón para 8-10 comensales, muy tranquilo y bonito, gracias a Cristina que te hace sentir como en tu casa,  unos platos que a cual mejor, disfrutamos muchísimo con la comida de Rubén, a sido un acierto y nada que envidiar a un estrella Michelin, sin duda cuando volvamos por Boltaña, volveremos a casa Rubén.

A room for 8-10 diners, very quiet and beautiful, thanks to Cristina who makes you feel at home, dishes that each better, we thoroughly enjoyed Rubén's food, it has been a success and nothing to envy of a Michelin star, without a doubt when we return to Boltaña, we will return to Rubén's house.
