Absolutely blown away by the food quality. It was out of this world. The service was so detailed and everything was explained. The chef came over to the table and chatted.

Bien merecido Solete, puesto que es de esos sitios que brilla con luz propia. Menú cerrado con producto de muy buena calidad y sobre todo, producto de la zona. Cocina a la vista del cliente que te permite ver como su dueño elabora cada plato con mucho mimo. Te atienden con mucho cariño y explican cada plato con la misma dedicación. Tres entrantes muy sabrosos empiezan el menú, un buñuelo de sobrasada que sorprende por una masa crujiente y semidulce que no tiene nada de grasa; una ensaladilla con patata del terreno muy fresca y cremosa y una croqueta de jamón de Teruel con un sabor y cremosidad 🔝Los platos que le siguen todos realmente deliciosos, pero a mi parecer la codorniz guisadita es el plato estrella! Tuvimos que pedir pan por que era pecado dejar ese riquísimo jugo en el plato. En mi caso, pedí una infusión después del postre y hasta el poleo estaba recolectado en el terreno. Podría decir muchas más cosas positivas de este lugar, pero creo que lo mejor es ir y comprobarlo por uno mismo. Nosotros sin duda alguna repetiremos

Well deserved Solete, since it is one of those places that shines with its own light. Closed menu with very good quality products and above all, local products. It cooks in full view of the customer, allowing you to see how its owner prepares each dish with great care. They serve you with great affection and explain each dish with the same dedication. Three very tasty starters start the menu, a sobrasada buñuelo that surprises with a crunchy and semi-sweet dough that has no fat at all; a very fresh and creamy local potato salad and a Teruel ham croquette with a flavor and creaminess 🔝The dishes that follow are all really delicious, but in my opinion the stewed quail is the star dish! We had to ask for bread because it was a sin to leave that delicious juice on the plate. In my case, I ordered an infusion after dessert and even the pennyroyal was collected in the field. I could say many more positive things about this place, but I think it's best to go and see for yourself. We will undoubtedly repeat
