Hotel Eutimio in Lastres is a beautifull hill side family hotel with spectacular views of the ocean.  Our room had a large terrace overlooking the ocean with a comfortable large bed with soft sheets.  Ana, the receptionist, was super helpful and told us all about the hotel, its origins and memorabilia, like a brick made by hand that sits exposed as a reminder. We’ll definitely be back when in Lastres. Thank you!

One of the best hotels and restaurants in the whole region. If you want something really traditional don't look anywhere else. Real food from Asturias in this family owned and managed place. The owners are the sweetest and most helpful people. Definitely worth a visit.

We loved this so much, we ate there two nights in a row.  Our host/server was amazing…friendly, helpful, patient with our lack of Spanish, and somehow everywhere at once…he really made this a lovely experience.  The food was also perfect.  The best croquettes we have had anywhere.  The cachopo was as good as advertised and worthy of the awards.  The Cecina de Cebon was another highlight.  So many great dishes here.

Reception very attentive and welcoming, beautiful views and location (parking in town can be an issue, when arriving at busy lunch times).
We had a meal in the restaurant, very attentive and speedy service, we had a menu del día and everything was cooked and flavored to perfection, been a while since I had such an impecably delicious food. What impressed me even more were the home made desserts, arroz con leche, not overwhelmingly sweet as they tend to make it in other places, was the perfect sweetness, flavor and texture, and home made sorbet also very tasty. Absolutely recommend the restaurant to enjoy an authentic Asturian cuisine, and they also sell their own conserves and produce.
There is only one issue, very common in many restaurants in Spain, the coffee; it would be nice to be able to finish such a delicious meal with a nice cup of coffee, not one that is overly bitter and burnt and can actually ruin the whole meal. There are companies that sell coffee machines for restaurants with capsules with a nice Arabica coffee that is not excessively over roasted nor using torrefacto, that can be perfectly enjoyed without milk or sugar, coffee is important for the over all experience, especially so in the mornings, or to be able to enjoy with the beautiful views and the rural setting of the hotel.
