Disgusting Service… We paid more than 500€ per night and we ran out of water to even shower or use toilet + dirty room, wet pillows, children at dinner…

We left and only asked to get the money back for the nights we would not stay, and they refused.

Cheap management… Stealing money from guests that trusted you and try to support small business…

We left a wide review on TripAdvisor and your answer was “wish you let us know whilst you stayed with us”… Of course we did and it was like talking to a wall…

Hope manager has been replace, as he treats the staff badly… Shouting at them in front of guests is NOT ACCEPTABLE…

Local people deserve respect, and even more when you are coming from another country.

We were lucky enough to have dinner at Morvedra Nou. Safe to say it was our most memorable meal of our 8 day stay in Menorca! We all ordered the Menorcan beef sirloin, which we all agreed was the softest, nicest steak we have ever eaten, cooked to perfection! We also had the pork and chicken pate with bread, the fried eggplant with homemade tartare and the sardines with tomatoes and all thoroughly enjoyed all of them. The Tempranillo sold by the glass was also amazing. 10/10 food, service and venue. Highly recommend!

One of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Nothing close to 5 stars. You can barely drive a car up the dirt path to the hotel, you couldn't enjoy breakfast because of the flies, our room was falling apart, the walls were so thin it was like sharing a room or being back in student accommodation, you had to wait 40 minutes for a drink at the pool and there was absolutely no storage in the hotel room, which was small for the price. I communicated the issues on the last day and the manager, Fabian, was absolutely awful to deal with. He wagged his finger at me as I spoke to him, and told me that there was nothing he could do and he would charge our card in full when we left. The tone that he took was very jarring, and I've never had a hotel threaten to charge a card before. At least 2 other parties were also complaining, moving rooms etc. We observed how the guests’ complaints were being handled, and Fabian’s behaviour, and chose to complain on the last day as opposed to during our trip. We wanted to try enjoy the parts of the hotel that were ok, and avoid engaging with his unprofessionalism. I have no idea why there are any good reviews. A very bad experience - I'd highly recommend choosing a different hotel. We will be avoiding all hotels owned by the Numa Signature Group moving forwarded.

We stayed in this hotel as a couple.
Cons: flies are everywhere: you can’t eat anything, they attack you all the time, also very small rooms, if you open your suitcase you can’t turn around, uncomfortable, there is no laundry service on weekends, they spoil things and don’t admit mistakes, they force you to pay for dry cleaning, even when the item is dirty after dry cleaning. St. Barth shorts ruined. costing 220 euros, they said it wasn’t them. There is no customer focus at all.
The hotel is in a quiet place, you need to drive from the city along a dark, winding, narrow road, there is nothing around, no shops, restaurants, etc., you are a hostage of the hotel, you have to eat their tasteless, very expensive food.
But these are not all the hotel's shortcomings.
First of all: if you come to this hotel, don’t expect 5 stars, there aren’t even dental kits in the room, not to mention sewing, shaving and hygiene kits!
There is no shower at the pool, no service at the pool, we had to look for waiters, they were nowhere to be found after 17:00.
Again, the rooms are uncomfortable, the mirror and sink are the size of a plate, when you wash your face the water is all on the floor!
When you take this micro shower, the water is also on the floor in the room. There is no shampoo in the shower, only body gel!
The handle to the room is inconvenient, I cut my finger on the key when I opened the door. Be careful, take out the key!
We were very dissatisfied and will never come back here again!

Review for the restaurant only.
We had dinner for two, the food was simply terrible. We had pepper & tuna salad and croquettes as starters and lamb chops and squid in its own inks as mains. It was canned tuna and pepper in olive oil, average croquettes, overcooked lamb (literally crisp dry meat) and the squid tasted like fish broth. Bill over 100 euros. Nice setting and the hotel looks beautiful but the restaurant is inadequate. Service was ok, only two waiters struggling for 20 tables, in mid August.
