chambre petite, humide, sale, sombre, sentant le moisi, bruyante(travaux dans l'immeuble adjacent). Pas de petit déjeuner, pas de personnel sur place. Pas de spa ni de piscine, un simple bain de pieds en sous sol. Scandaleux d'appeler cela un 5 étoiles ! Très cher pour le résultat. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits nous sommes partis dès la 1ère nuit et le manager n'a rien voulu nous rembourser. Scandaleux

room small, damp, dirty, dark, smelling musty, noisy (works in the adjacent building). No breakfast, no staff on site. No spa or swimming pool, a simple foot bath in the basement. Outrageous to call this a 5 star! Very expensive for the result. We had booked 3 nights, we left on the 1st night and the manager did not want to refund us anything. Scandalous

Nos alojamos aquí una noche. Un hotel pequeño hecho con mucho gusto y sensibilidad. La habitación bonita y cómoda. Muy céntrico. Trato fantástico.

Malauradament no hem tingut l'experiència que esperàvem. Vem venir fa 4 anys, però no repetirem. L'ubicació està molt bé i les habitacions són mones, però l'atenció personal suspen. No hi ha recepció, però no seria un problema si la persona respongués ràpid. L'habitació no estava massa neta i vem haver de canviar alguna tovallola i tasses. Vem demanar allargar una mica la sortida i tampoc. L'atenció és freda. Pel preu que pagues no és el que esperaries d'un lloc 5 estrelles.

Unfortunately we did not have the experience we expected. We came 4 years ago, but we will not repeat. The location is very good and the rooms are cute, but the personal attention is outstanding. No reception, but it wouldn't be a problem if the person answered quickly. The room was not too clean and we had to change some towels and cups. We asked to extend the departure a little and we didn't either. Attention is cold. For the price you pay it is not what you would expect from a 5 star place.
