Absolutely the best food in Spain! Every dish is a taste sensation, perfectly crafted with fresh ingredients. The service is outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who make you feel right at home. A must-visit for anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience. 10/10

In the best side of Ibiza town, this place is not to be missed. Excellent experience overall but exceptional food. After London this will be second best Novikov among other Novikov’s of the world. Watch out for service charge as it is included in bill and the staff still tries to ask for tip.. that was not good.

Atmosphere was nice, service was -ok ( but end was so bad)
chocolate fondant was bad , really why make that with caramel? When I make order for chocolate fondant they didn’t tell me it’s with caramel!!! When I ask to change- not possible

when we received the bill, we decided to pay in cash the waiter opened an account with us and transferred the funds! I think it's not normal

Best Restaurant in Ibiza Marina , thank you to the head sommelier Michele  for the best wine options and to “Old Man Say dj for your Baleraic sounds. I ll come back for sure!

Wow! This restaurant is an absolute must-visit. I'm a huge fan of Novikov; my experiences there are consistently wonderful. However, what truly set apart our dinner today was Martha. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit Novikov. She exudes incredible positivity and cheerfulness. She puts her heart and soul into her work, making it feel like she owns the restaurant. Martha, if you happen to read this, a big thank you to you. And to the owner of this establishment, I'd love to see more of Martha around 😅. Of course, this isn't to say that the rest of the team isn't great; they all work hard. Yet, some individuals truly stand out.

The food is incredibly delicious, with small portions that are more than satisfying. The prices are reasonable as well and the Dj played beautiful music.
