Amazing cave! Really worth visiting. You can buy a ticket at the entrance for 18 Euros. They accept both card and cash. There are some specific time for visiting the cave, for example 10, 12, 14, and … . You will enter in a big line and walk through the cave. At very end there will be a musical show in the cave which is included in the ticket. The performance was fantastic they play some classical music with piano, violin and other instruments on a moving boat which decorated by beautiful lamps. Unfortunately taking video and photos from the musical show were forbidden. After the show people can take the boat or can walk through a path beside the lake to go to the same destination. Taking the boat will take a little bit more time but I believe it totally worth. Finally i would definitely recommend to visit this marvellous cave. You do not need to pay a lot of money to the tours to take you there! You can easily take the bus number 401 from Palma with around 5 Euros and go to this place but with 15 min walk at the end.

Very honest review.

We did not go with a tour we chose to use the local buses which saved money. It took us 2 hours to get here.

When we arrived we were booked into a slot at 3pm. That was another 2 hours wait.

During the waiting time, there are toilets, seating areas, hot dog stand and a restaurant if you wish to have food and drink. However, you also have to put up with people smoking in the same area with staff not asking them to stop.

Now, the price we paid was £18 each.

When we were finally allowed to queue there were about 300 people on the same guided tour, here's were it is ridiculous. The Spanish guide we had only spoke with a Spanish couple at the front explaining to them what things were in the cave, not once did he translate or even bother talking to anyone else. The same guide also encouraged the spanish couple to touch the rock, even though it tells you not to touch. It was a quick walk through the caves, not enough time to actually look properly, then if you're lucky to be able to get a photo whilst being trodden on by other people. Then again this couple were singled out and allowed to sit by the lake boat area meaning they would get across the lake first.

Before this however we sat waiting at least 20 minutes for the herd to come and sit down for the 10 minute concert on the lake.

When it did start, instead of hearing the beautiful music from the boat, you hear the staff constantly telling people not to film or take pictures.  Why not remove these people, at the start you are told not to, so why do these people choose to spoil it for everyone else!

When it stops there's a stampede for the boats if you can be bothered to wait for it. The boat was a 2 minute ride!

Then after that everyone put and climb for freedom.

Overall I would like to make recommendations to the attraction but in all honesty if they are charging that amount why should they care.

It is unsafe for that amount of people to go through at the same time, if you're going to have a guide it should be for everyone not just a chosen few.

I was very disappointed as this was the main place I wanted to go and we traveled from the UK.

The caves are beautiful and definitely worth visiting, but it's best to arrange your trip yourself. You can keep the total cost around €25 per person, including transport if you go by bus or the special train.

One downside is the wait inside the cave for the show, which can feel quite long, especially if you're with young children, as they have to sit still for a while. I recommend holding off entering the cave until closer to the showtime to avoid this. Also, the boat ride at the end is underwhelming—it only covers about 20 meters, so it's not really worth the time.

Overall, it's a nice experience, but definitely not worth the €60 per person that some tours charge.

One of the many beauties of Mallorca! It's definitely worth visiting. The caves are beautiful, and there is a small concert to enjoy at the end to make the experience even more special, which was just like a fairytale. There are also small boats to cross the little lake.

Don't forget to book your tickets in advance as it tends to get busy even in October. I didn't make a reservation and had to wait two hours to get in.

I give it 4* because even though the caves are beautiful, there are some things missing. We would have loved to learn more about the history of these caves, but there were no guided tours and not even a single board with information. This could be improved.

I loved this place! I cannot explain in words how beautiful it was and it is worth every penny! The concert was so fantastic, I left speechless. A lot of people but to be honest I recommend to be in the last part of the line so you can take your time to admire everything. And you don't have to be worried about bad seats for the concert because you can see and hear everything even on the last row.

I highly recommend you to buy tickets online or  be there 2 hours before to buy tickets
