Unfortunately, the service did not fully live up to the impressive setting. While the staff is attentive and friendly, the presentation of the dishes often felt rushed and mechanical. The explanations of the dishes were sometimes hard to understand, and the lack of enthusiasm in the presentation left the experience lacking in depth. In a fine-dining establishment of this price range, one expects a certain attention to detail, which was not always present here – particularly when the attire of the service staff appeared disheveled or even dirty at times.

As for the food, the presentation of the dishes was visually impressive. This is a place where the eye certainly eats along, and the individual courses are often artfully arranged. This is criticism at a high level, and despite the weaknesses mentioned, the restaurant is worth a visit—especially for those who value a special ambiance and creative cuisine. It would be desirable, however, for both the service and the finishing touches of the menu to receive a bit more attention to detail, in order to fully realize the potential of this lovely restaurant.

We spent a wonderful evening at the Fusion 19 restaurant. The combination of dishes and flavors was sensational and the ensaimada in particular was uniquely delicious. The recommended wines were also perfect and the service was courteous and attentive at all times. We would love to come back!

Technically fantastic and original, well-thought journey through the dishes. The servers became more relaxed and sloppy as the evening went on, which disappointed me a little, given my high expectations for the place. In addition, the cheese cabinet guy reminded me of a greedy car salesman. Despite that, an experience was an overall pleasure, definitely worth indulging in.

This review isn’t for the food. But for the drinks. We sat at the bar in this restaurant. It is lovely. I’d enjoy sitting there anytime.

The bartender was friendly and courteous. So that’s all good as well.

The drinks were beautifully presented.

But all that said, we could barely taste the alcohol. These drinks were extremely weak. And that is why the low rating.

Very long tasting menu.
Strong start with amazing tapas, a nice selection of vermuts. My favorite was the duck & fig.
I was feeling full before getting to the main courses and couldn’t enjoy those.
Overall good experience, but maybe would be good to have a smaller version of the tasting menu
