My fiancé and I stayed at Hotel Glòria de Sant Jaume for the days leading up to, as well as the day of, our wedding. The experience was perfect. From the moment we checked in, we we were greeted warmly with a hotel tour and a welcome drink. The breakfast was 10/10, the best we had in various 5 star hotels we stayed in Mallorca. The spa was an amazing way to wrap up our days in Palma. The rooftop pool was beautiful. Our suite was perfect, and made for the most beautiful 'getting ready' wedding photos. Even our photographer was stunned at the beauty of the hotel. We could not be more grateful for the service provided by the staff here. The staff went above and beyond during our stay and made us feel SO cared for. For example, when we returned (very late) from our wedding, the room had been cleaned while we were gone, was decorated with rose petals and there was chocolate covered strawberries waiting on the table. I honestly do not think we will ever top the hotel experience provided by Glòria. This hotel is pure class.

Absolute perfection of a hotel - unbeatable location in Palma and options to see the rest of the island that the incredibly helpful concierge team is happy to set up. Rooms are beautiful and the service exceeded all expectations. Hotel amenities are fantastic. The staff truly make you feel at home and think of every detail. Thank you for making our first time in Spain such a great experience.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Glòria de Sant Jaume!! The service was perfect - all staff were extremely helpful, thoughtful and kind. They helped us park our car, sent us with breakfast when we left early one morning and even gave us an umbrella for the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and has great amenities - bar, dining, spa. The bartender makes excellent drinks and breakfast was delicious! It’s located on a great, centrally located street that’s clean and has plenty of restaurants!

A truly wonderful and authentically 5 star experience at this hotel nestled within the narrow streets of old town Palma. Service from everyone was impeccable. Genuinely friendly and always helpful. Sun bathing deck on the roof with a small pool and a much larger subterranean spa complete the facilities. Cocktails at the bar were tip top and the breakfast was extremely good. Order from the hot menu to your hearts content.

Our family room was tastefully decorated. Mattress super comfortable. It all smacked of effortless style.

And the location? Well you’re about no more than a 10 minute walk from anything and everything in the city..

Not cheap but you most certainly get what you pay for here.

Excellent location, the spa and pools are very nice (open all year round), staff are extremely helpful and friendly, giving us lots of advice and tips, great selections of breakfast options. Strongly recommended and will definitely come back!
